It's consistently delightful doing business with WMC. The packaging was excellent, and the delivery was punctual. I've been a loyal customer for many years and plan to remain so.

Purchased an ebony Gibson SG Special. I directly asked if the guitar was going to be one that has been on the shop floor or from the warehouse. Told was from the warehouse. When arrived there is swirl marks over pretty much the entire guitar. The guitar had been out on the shop floor that long had thick dust on it - most dust was wiped off but forgot to wipe the top of the headstock and the inside of the bridge pickup.

Had also been out that long you did not get the smell you get from a new guitar.

Ordinarily I would have returned, but the price was good and the only reason I did not as the price was not much above what would have paid for a used variant in reasonable condition.

I was however quite disappointed, and equally disappointed that I asked directly and was lied to. I would not rush to buy from again, and if I did only in store as only way to know what buying.

Made a trip to Wembley Music Centre today for a set of new cymbals and a snare. I was met by Adam who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. It did not feel like my indecisiveness was an issue and he happily let me try out several different cymbals and snare drums, alongside recommending what he thought was best. I was also given options on the best protective casing for my purchases which was very helpful.

I was able to stick to my budget too, thanks to them having some of the lowest prices in the country! Overall a very positive experience and I hope to use Wembley Music Centre more often for anything music gear related!

The item arrived in a manner that was questionable in that it wasn't the original packaging and had another manufactures logo all over it, and a sliver of bubble wrap within. Okay, I'll live with that. On inspecting the item it looks used, with wear and tear to several corners of the item. I contacted them to which I had no response. I wouldn't use these guys again. Used product, bad service.

Ordered an Epiphone Les Paul Modern and it arrived 1 day later and really well packaged. Price was excellent and service also. Many thanks, the guitar is awesome!
