Horrible and Greedy Company

Western Union has honestly been a…
Western Union has honestly been a nightmare, especially when it comes to bank transfers. I’ve been sending money to the same person for the past 3 years, and this is the first time I’ve transferred money to this particular bank. It has now been over 24 hours, and instead of processing my transfer, I keep getting asked for unnecessary additional documents, including an ID card even his birth certificate. Before confirming transaction Western Union already taken my full details and full information of the receiver, when transaction done and money taken out from my bank then i received mail for an additional information required, replying to that mail with uploading the required documents then next day i got another mail for more additional information it been extremely frustrating and completely unnecessary. I just want my money to be transferred to the recipient without all these delays and complications. I really don't recommend anyone for bank transfer through western union.
