Promise on delivery date
I orded a cover that was out of stock,never the less i was told they would do thier best to get one. there was good communication all the way keeping me up to date. I was sent a cover and was very please with the service. It was delivered as promised on time. A great product at a great price

Excellent service.
I was looking for a used example of the item and saw it advertised by Wex Photo. Ordered online and got immediate confirmation by email. This was followed by a delivery slot and the item arrived the following day with all information correctly communicated.
Very pleased with the item it is exactly as described and performing well.

Very happy with the service from Wex.
The transaction was quick and easy, delivery was very fast and my order arrived safely and securely packaged.
I originally marked my review down because I was disappointed with the presentation of the Canon lens itself. Having paid over £900, I was surprised that the lens came inside the Canon box in a moulded cardboard insert with only a very thin protective wrapping around it. For an item of that value, I expected something like a protective bag or pouch.
However, I’ve since discovered that this appears to be Canon’s standard packaging for this particular lens, rather than anything to do with how Wex packed my order. I therefore don’t think it would be fair to mark Wex down for something that is outside of their control.
The service I received from Wex was excellent from start to finish. My whole order arrived quickly and safely, I’m extremely happy with my purchase, and I would have no hesitation in buying from Wex again.
I would also happily recommend Wex to others.

The whole process went smoothly well
The whole process went smoothly well. Straightforward without delays. Very good service as always. The secondhand camera I bought was rated 9 with 3k shutter counts. When I had it in my hand and got it working, I felt the camera should have been rated 9+. Even better, when I checked the shutter count it was just under 2k. Of course it made my day!
