Ordered 4 jugs which they described as "made from good quality plastic. Robust design" which were nothing like the image and were of VERY poor quality.
I had to ask twice to get a refund and was told it takes 7 days for a refund to show on Paypal, which is nonsense. Eventually got a refund.

I have been brewing for 40 + years and now buy 90% of my kits here. There own premium kits are great for the price as are their top level kits at cheaper than their competitors. I have bought short date kits( at heavy discount) with no problems other than torn box .tip buy 2 kits to save on the postage charge( check on current level, 70 I think)

Avoid their brewing buckets. They degrade and become brittle after a short while.

Update - the company said they have no record of me as a customer - I have a live account with them (just logged in) and a long email list of confirmed orders/confirmations from 2023. Make of that what you will. 6 buckets went brittle.

I used this company regularly when it had its shop, the old shop and the new one. Always great products and great advice. Since moving to the warehouse I've received out of date kits. My order arrived Saturday 20th Sept, with one kit best before end of June 2025.
Shall drop them an email and await a response

I have used this company over the years and have always received good, efficient service from them. Unfortunately, this time, due to bad handling by the delivery company, one of the finings sachets had burst, destroying the instructions. An email to Love Brewing, and they replied quickly and mailed replacements for the damaged items. Super customer service

I've been a customer for about three years and must say this company is excellent. Delivery is brilliant and they also have excellent products. From my experience I can highly recommend.

I have purchased wine kits from this company for several years.
Premium and superior wines are excellent.
I have several white ones and red ones all very good.
Clear well and taste is excellent.
Ordering online easy, delivery very efficient and quick.

Brought 4 wine kit. They were the news fine that they had just introduced.
2 Ros’e and 2 red wines. Delivery and description was as stated.
I had trouble with one of the Ros’e not fermenting. I emailed them and the service was incredible. Always answered promptly every time. So great service all round. Would definitely buy from them again.

Placed an order with Love Brewing on Sunday was delivered on Tuesday unfortunately they sent a muntons traditional bitter instead of the summer ale I had ordered didn’t realise this until Wednesday so a quick email to them resulted in an apology from them and summer ale sent out to me on the Thursday and they said please keep the bitter kit. We all make mistakes but excellent customer service to rectify mistake my go to homebrew supplier. Thanks Love Brewing.

Used them for 6+ years 100% had minor issue only once and resolved straight away. Great wine kits that work all the time easy and simple to make a very nice wine.

Finally some contact on the 7th day after initial complaint. Have started refund process which apparently takes 3-5 days. I’ll be back with another 1star review if it doesn’t go through, not holding out much hope

Ordered 10:48 Monday, arrived via DPD 11.13 Tuesday. All items in my wine beginner’s kit present and carefully packed. Brilliant service from Love Brewing. Definitely recommend. Wine fermenting and bubbling as I type. 🥂 cheers!

I placed a order, a bit hesitant to order in fairness as delivery was nearly a tenner.
Placed the order anyways, about 4 days past with still no sign of the delivery.
Checked with DPD and turns out they haven't insisted my address correctly, tried to contact them with absolute no reply, terrible customer service.

A few more days pass with no delivery looking likely, thankfully my work deals with DPD and my account manager managed to update the address which they shouldn't do for the recipients.
A day or so later (totalling a week extra than stated) I get my delivery.
Still no reply from them. 100% order else where, no customer service at all. Ignoring emails and no telephone number to contact.
They just take your money and that's about it.

Home brewed beer enthusiast ...
Decided to move on to swing top 500ml clear glass bottles ...
Love Brewing did not disappoint, speedy delivery of 48 bottles packed safely and then packed again ...
Bottling next week, Belgian Pale Ale, secondary fermentation almost completed, in demijohns at the moment approx 20/22 degrees ... Conditioning usually takes 30 days ...

Great products which I've purchased on a number of occasions.

But let down by poor customer service!

I had a problem with DPD not supplying the 1 hour delivery slot (the slot given was for 15hrs, 7.00-22.00 hrs), which was of no use to me!

Quote "1-Hour Delivery Window with DPD
We know that waiting for your order to turn up can be a real pain, so we've teamed up with DPD who will give you a 1-hour delivery window so you know when to expect your delivery."

I contacted 'Love Brewing' with my concerns, but had no reply, just leaving the customer in limbo!

I've still to receive my parcel! Two days and counting, all because DPD couldn't supply a 1 hour delivery slot.

Sad to say this will be my last order as I can't deal with poor customer service and a delivery company that can't deliver.

I recently put in an order to love Brewing and it hadn't been delivered 3 weeks later . I work offshore and had been away and couldn't access my bank account online while on the platform . I contacted them via Facebook and they were quickly on the case and sent my 4 cans of Geordie lager and some freebies as an apology for the wait . Their website does say they are restocking so there could be delays . This is my third order from them and I will continue to use them in future .

This review is based on my last 2 visits .
Bought a small container of cleaner /sterilizer .instructions add a couple of teaspoons . Opened container ,the product is rock hard . I have used a masonry drill to loosen it . Mix it with warm water and it doesn't dissolve , another item for the bin .
In the shop no prices on anything ,prices have been blacked out ,not great for a browsing .
Asked weather you sold still spirits botanical gin bags ." No just the big bags of botanicals ,that's how we make our money " . So I won't buy loads of bags and I can't buy the small bags ,result no sale. Another home brew shop gets the business
Bought some still spirits boxes of flavouring . One was 2 months out of date and the other was running out in the next month . My fault for not checking you could say .
My conclusion is, in the last 6 months love brewing is going down hill fast . Which is crying shame as I have had great service and great products .
