The shoes were good value and arrived in good condition, though the shoebox was crushed which might bother some people.

Everything was packaged fine and exactly as shown. Paid for next day and before it had even left for shipping it got delayed and they dont reimburse you so wasnt too please.

Ordered a YSL bag that was cheaper on the in-store iPads, it arrived in a plastic mailing bag, there’s no tags attached to the bag to check authenticity; no brand box - just a duffle bag with a creased Flannels paper tag and barcode. Going to return as something feels off

If I want to exchange an item for a different size, I don't think I should be expected to pay both the return postage and a new delivery charge.

If the item doesn't fit correctly, I'm not simply returning it because I've changed my mind — I still want the item, just in the correct size. I believe customers should be entitled to at least one free size exchange per item, including free return postage and free delivery of the replacement.

Having to pay twice simply because the original size didn't fit doesn't seem fair or particularly customer-friendly.

Ex display item sent with marks and scuff terrible customer service will not be ordering items with this site again want an immediate refund

Worse costumers service ever

Ordered for a birthday gift item arrived faulty so I was advised I could return item and they’re would be no need for me to re place the order that they had done it, then emailed to say I had been refunded apparently it was not in stock! However it was I went online and looked, then had to wait till the funds hit my account by which time the birthday had been! Very very disappointed

Had what we needed in stock, good communication without being inundated & delivered exactly as promised.

I paid for next day delivery and received the item two days later. Also, I have to say the packaging my item was sent in was shocking considering the value of goods I bought.

Delivery was supposed to be to be Monday (my day off) that never happened. They attempted to deliver Wednesday. I wasn’t in, so I had to collect from 20 miles away at the DHL depot. On collection the box that the trainers were in was smashed to bits. Very very dissatisfied and quite frankly will not be using again

They have a good choice of clothing. I did order an item and was sent the wrong size but Flannels sorted it out quite quickly. I will continue to shop here and can recommend them to others.
