I have had my mattress for 10 years now and it's in excellent condition and my sleeping experience hasn't changed since I bought it. It's worth the cost, is super comfortable and I love it. I honestly feel it will last me many more years. however much I enjoy holidays, it's always great to come back to my own bed.

Its OK
Quick dispatch, whilst the mattress topper seemed to offer a more comfortable sleep for the first few nights it soon become apparent it required turning frequently.
Left unturned for more than 10 days/nights the product tends to mould to your body leaving hollows and as such offers no more support than our medium firm mattress.
The topper it self slips down the bed even with a tight 40cm fitted sheet.
Both myself and my wife weight around 10 stone and hoped for a little more resilience or bounce back.
Was it worth almost £500.00?
In short, no.

The mattresses are well made. Great service
The mattresses are well made and very comfortable. I bought a hybrid 800 mattress. I requested an exchange as the Talalay was too soft for me. I have neck / back pain so needed more support. The communication was swift with positive advice. The exchange was carried out by a professional delivery/collection service. No need to re-package anything, the delivery men took the cover off and swapped the internal mattress over which I thought was a sensible option. They take the old one away at no cost. I was refunded the difference once it was complete. No problems. It’s quite rare these days to have such a good service. Thank you.

Bad customer services on returns
Firstly they didn't specify when the mattress would be delivered. It came after weeks. The claim that you could swap it off you didn't like it within 52 days of you receiving the it. I emailed them well in the limit to swap the mattress for softer one as medium one was still hard for me. We started exchanging emails. They were taking very long to reply to emails. I got suspicious that they are just passing days. I did ask them to send me the softer one. They agreed to, but when I didn't heard from them for a long time then I emailed them again but this time they said said "Oh 52 days are passed now , you can't swap"
I was furious cos I was still getting back pain after paying £1200 for the mattress !!! That's a lot of money I paid for a good sleep. Which I was unable to. They will play tricks on you to avoid sending replacements. Watch out!! Wont buy from then again!!! I was furious
They already received my first email n they were suggesting me a better one .lol

We feel there are some discrepancies and omissions in the facts you present.
You ordered the medium Original Organic Latex Mattress on the 3rd March and it was delivered on the 17th March in line with our 2-4 weeks manufacturing and delivery lead time promise. You’ve been kept informed about the order progress and delivery status.
You first emailed us on the 31st March asking if you can try a soft mattress as you find the medium a bit firm. We replied the next day 1st April and advised the soft Original Organic mattress would probably not provide sufficient support for yours and your husband's body weights and offered the medium Cloud Organic mattress as a more suitable alternative.
You asked if we could send you this mattress so you can try both simultaneously and decide which one to send back. We advised that we could do that only if you pay for the second mattress. You eventually decided to go for a straight exchange but did not get back to us to pay the price difference for the upgrade. Our last email exchange was on the 9th April.
The next time you emailed us was 10 weeks later, on the 19th June, we politely replied the 50 night home trial has expired on the 5th May and exchanging the mattress is no longer possible.
We could not have processed the exchange order without you paying the price difference first.

Frustratingly slow returns and refunds process
I wanted to return my topper under the 30 day guarantee but was frustrated by what felt like deliberate delays and postponements.
Firstly lots of back on forth on trying to get me a different product, which I was clear I did not want.
Second, DPD local did not turn up for collection twice and lied about 'customer advised no collection'. I asked for another courier and was ignored until it happened again, and I finally get UPS. Three days waiting all day in the house.
I then could see the return tracking was 'delivered' in a couple of days, and contacted for a refund, and they delay a further 3 weeks even after acknowledging delivery. Just 'it can take 30 days' as the reason.
All in all it took over a month to get a refund after my request, in what could have been wrapped up in a week.
Poor returns service all round and fair warning to anyone not completely sure what they need. Use a credit card so you can claim a chargeback if needed!

We understand how disappointing the failed collection attempts were. The original collections were arranged through DPD Local, whose collection service is provided as a third-party courier, so unfortunately, we have limited control over their scheduling and attendance. Once we were made aware that the collections had not been completed, we arranged a UPS collection to ensure the return could proceed.
Regarding the refund, your topper was received by us on the 17th of June. Our refund process allows up to 30 days from receipt of the returned item, and your Klarna credit agreement was cancelled on the 4th of July. As your payment was made through Klarna, our independent finance provider, the refund for your deposit and monthly instalments was processed through them, and they updated your account accordingly by cancelling the finance agreement.
We appreciate that the overall experience was not as smooth as it should have been, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Mattress topper is great. One star knocked off due to DPD delivery company, they thought it was acceptable to leave the package on the street outside the front door. Luckily a neighbour took the item in before it was stolen.

Do not buy from this company!
Do not buy from this company. I bought two pillows at quite an expense. I got them, opened the packet, immediately could tell they were too firm. Placed back in the bag and contacted them about returns.
I then got some nonsense excuse that they don't allow returns of the package has been opened. Absolutely crazy, not once in all the companies I've ordered from has that excuse been used.
I'm now having to argue with them about them violating my consumer rights. Avoid! At all costs, go to a better company that doesn't rip off customers with rubbish excuses.

We encourage customers to assess the feel and firmness of the pillow while it remains in its sealed packaging before deciding whether to open it.
While you mention that other companies have accepted returns of opened pillows, many UK retailers operate the same policy for the same reasons. We have applied our returns policy consistently and fairly in line with the applicable consumer regulations.

Super comfortable mattresses, great customer service
Super comfortable mattresses! We have now bought 4 of these over the past few years and progressively replaced almost all the mattresses in our house. Best sleep in years. Great back support and super breathable. We had an issue with 2 mattresses that were slightly larger than advertised (1-2cm, which normally wouldn't be an issue but we were working within a very confined space). Teodor was amazing. He came and personally collected them and had 2 new mattresses manufactured super quickly. I've recommended this shop to friends and they are also very happy.

Bought an Opulence Mattress, very comfortable. So comfortable there is now competition between the dog, the cat and me for who gets to sleep on it. Delivery was quick but did not manage to arrange delivery to room so delivery to front door was agreed.

Good communication, easy to get in touch, kept me informed about the progress of my order.
Less good: the mattress delivery people hadn't got the information that I'd paid to take the old one away. It was fairly easy to sort out when I showed them the invoice and they made a quick phone call, but still not ideal. After that delivery went smoothly. The guys were quick, careful and very clean. It is great that there is a physical shop that you can go to to try out the different types of mattress. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted a firm or medium latex, but after lying on the mattresses, I was able to order with confidence. Excellent prices too and I was able to take advantage of the Black Friday discount, so even better prices. I was worried about how they would get the double latex mattress up my steep and narrow staircase (with a turn in it), but the men did it easily.
