Outrageous. Do NOT buy from here.

Incompetent staff sent me the wrong shoe size, had to return the item, and now they intend to keep part of my money (the delivery fees). Under the UK law, I am entitled to a full refund if the item delivered is not as described.

Poor Communication, Customs Issues Caused by Missing Documentation, and Delayed Refund

I am extremely disappointed with my recent return experience with YOOX.
I carefully followed all of the return instructions provided by YOOX and shipped my return as instructed. However, the parcel became stuck in customs because a required document was missing. Only after the delay occurred was I contacted and asked to complete a Return Proforma Invoice. Had the necessary customs documentation been provided from the beginning, this issue could have been avoided entirely.
When I raised this concern and asked why the required customs document had not been included with the original return instructions, my questions were ignored. I received no explanation and no meaningful response.
To make matters worse, on 29 June YOOX confirmed that they had received my return and stated that my refund would be processed within 3 days. More than a week later, I still have not received my refund and have not been given any update regarding the delay.
The most frustrating aspect has been the lack of communication and accountability. I did everything required of me, yet I experienced unnecessary delays, had to provide additional documentation after the fact, and have been left chasing both answers and my refund.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend YOOX's returns process. Customers should expect clear instructions, timely refunds, and responses to legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, I received none of those.

I have been a customer since 2006

I have been a customer since 2006. Yoox is still a very unique online store if you are looking for unique items at a reasonable price. However their takeover by net a porter has made it slightly more mainstream which I think is sad and they have become more expensive. Their customer service is really terrible for The Netherlands. They do not respond fast enough. And they need to resolve their faults on the website, regarding submitting CS forms as they error went you send a message

I’m delighted with this…

I’m delighted with this company—practically my entire wardrobe comes from them, hahaha! Thank you; keep protecting customers from scammers and keeping prices affordable for my budget. As a suggestion, I’d love to see more sneakers in sizes 6.5 and 7, and clothing in sizes S and XS. I’d also appreciate more detailed photos, since many of us don't have the best eyesight. Thank you, and congratulations on 25 years of online retail service. Keep up the great work—wishing you continued success. ❤️
