DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I placed an order for a full set of inks and opted for the 123ink own brand alternative. This was a big mistake. I received 2x Cyan and no Yellow cartridge which 123ink dispatched when I made them aware of the error.
Once I had the correct full set, I fitted them to the printer. The Black XL cartridge leaked everywhere and destroyed a brand new shirt. The Yellow cartridge also leaked and the Cyan & Magenta cartridges had no communication with the printer. Again I contacted Customer Service to request a full refund as these items were not of merchantable quality and no good to me.
Initially they wanted the order returned with DPD, then they said this wasn't necessary. I had to chase them again and again for the refund to be processed when finally Kain said he had processed it but remained aloof and avoided answering my question on whether it was a full refund. When the refund arrived, it was a partial refund only and now I am eight calls deep with Customer Service and nobody seems interested in making this right. There was one order placed, it should be simple. Refund the order total and stop messing your customers around.
I have since purchased genuine HP ink set from eBay cheaper than the price that 123ink offer and I will never shop with these guys again.
I find myself completely unable to recommend 123ink and I will tell everyone who will listen and even some who won't about how badly they treat their customers from my experience.
What good is Customer Care when they just don't care?

Order online from 123ink.ie a doorbell camera and chose to collect next day but next day before i go to collect my package the send me an email that is out of stock and is back only after 3 weeks or if i want fo buy something else for that money.
Of course i rang them and cancel my order and the guy he said is gonna cancel and wait for 5 working days to have your money back so my money there are blocked now and suppose to be a present.
Guy has a really bad attitude on the phone he didn't apologize nothing because i think is something normal for them to cancel orders
Never ever with this company was first time but rhe last time too .

Great service received items a couple of days after ordering
Such a poor experience
Such a poor experience. I called yesterday morning to check if an ink cartridge was in stock and to see if I could order and collect it the same day. I was told it was in stock and that I’d receive a text/email confirming collection between 12–6pm.
I called three times throughout the day and was repeatedly assured the order was a priority and that I’d receive a message before 6pm. No message ever arrived.
I called again this morning at 9:30am and was told the order was ready and that the collections team were “just about to send a message”. The customer service agent I spoke to was polite, but when I arrived 30 minutes later I was told collections only operate between 12–6pm.
I’ve used Ink.123 for years, but this will be my last time ordering. The lack of communication and consistency is extremely disappointing.

I ordered some equipment. They didn't have it in stock. That happens. They offered to either put it on back order or refund my money. I opted for a refund which they processed quickly. So even though they failed they did what good customer service required. When you fail you respond suitably.

I finally received my order 9 days after ordering but they sent me the wrong product. I purchased boxes and the measurements of the boxes I received are a complete different size than advertised. I have been in contact with them but it is annoying as my order was already delayed.
Their website claims “order before 6:15pm, we’ll ship today”. Funny though. I placed my order on Tuesday the 27th of January and 8 days later, February 4th, my order still hasn’t dispatched! I don’t know why they bother claiming they’ll ship same day if they don’t have the capacity. This is my second order and I had issues regarding they’ll ship same first order placed too. I don’t want to hurt an Irish business but I really do find it annoying that they make claims and completely fail to achieve those claims. I do have to say, their customer service has improved but I’m just really disappointed my order is taking so long to even dispatch.

Received my order next day! I had a query and my email was responded to immediately. Top marks for service and quality products. Their own brand toner was a fraction of the cost and absolutely perfect for my printer.

My first order with 123
My first order with 123, and my last. I ordered a printer on 7/1/26. The printer was out of stock, but not indicated on their website, it was then delivered with the wrong plug, and when the correct plug was dispatched, it was to the wrong address in Northern Ireland! I live in Wicklow. A total of 3 weeks was wasted. During set up of the printer, the option to choose Ireland wasn't on the list of 'countries/regions' in the options menu, presumably because the printer was destined for consumers in all EU countries (bar Ireland and the UK (English speaking)), but got around that. Then I couldn't register the printer; the serial number triggered an ‘error’ response on Brother's portal but 123ink assure me the warranty is covered by them. Great, but couldn't they have informed me of that? I can only commend 123ink for their customer service. The staff did their best to resolve the issues in a timely way, but the 'weak links' in the chain need to get their ‘act’ together. Got a bag of Haribo 'star mix' for all my troubles; thank you. A box of Panadol would have been better.

They provided regular updates, were very professional, and made the whole process stress-free.
