The online process of ordering our banner was so quick and simple! I uploaded the design I created and submitted it on the website. I received an email minutes later that there was a problem with my file. I called to better understand what was needed and got to talk to an actual person right away! She provided an explanation. I sent a new file, and that was it! It could not have been easier. I was really worried that the company logo would be pixelated as it has been with other printing companies, but the banner looked GREAT! It arrived quickly and was exactly what we needed for an event sponsorship banner. Thank you for your dedication to quality and customer service!

I placed an order for a banner with 24-hour production and paid the additional cost for expedited service. A day later, I received an email stating the order was on production hold due to an issue, and I was asked to confirm a new delivery date. I then contacted customer service and was informed that I would need to pay an additional $90 to receive it on time. As a result, I cancelled the order and was told my refund would be issued within 24–48 hours. It has now been a week, and I have yet to receive my refund.

Extremley nice looking banner, and came well over a week before the scheduled delivery date. Crazy bang for the buck too.
