Tried and true
This is the second project I’ve printed with 2daybanners and I will never use another for my signage needs. The website/order process is so intuitive, and the printing and delivery takes like a week max. Both times the signs have come out exactly as I’ve imagined them - cannot recommend enough!

I see in your tracking details that your banner did deliver on the day it was due, so I'm a little confused on how it missed the event. I also checked for any contact from you to resolve this issue and I see no emails or phone call messages. We fully stand behind our services 100% and would appreciate it if you would reach out to us because any banner that misses its due date due to our failures or Fedex failures. We issue a full refund. EDIT - on top of your banner showing that it was delivered on the correct due date, which was only two days after you ordered it, I see that the content of the banner is for a Christmas service at your church, so, I'm confused on how it missed the event. like I said on the voicemail I left you, we have a 100% guarantee but we have not heard from you via phone email or having you returned any of our voice messages so if you would like a equitable resolution to this, we would really love to speak with you.

Wrinkles
The first banner I ordered came in a flat envelope ensuring it was not bent and crinkled.
The second was all folded up. I cannot get the wrinkles out to save my life-I even spent 45 minutes steaming it. For the absurd shipping price on each item, even if you order multiple things, I would think they could do a little better. Will reprint with Etsy.

Hi Sara, I am sorry there was an issue. Unless your package was damaged during shipping, your banner would come rolled in a long box, not folded or in an envelope. Even your first banner shows on FedEx that it came rolled in a box. You can see the picture if you follow the tracking, so I'm not sure if you're confusing us with someone else but rest assured we stand behind the quality of our products 100% and I will request your order be refunded.

Now my go-to place for trade show stuff!
I called and someone actually picked up the phone and answered all my questions. He then proceed to look at my design and made suggestions, including fixing two typos. He also found a pictures for one of my graphics that had a better resolution. Then....the banner arrived in two days...just as promised

Exceptional customer service and product quality!
The customer service was exceptional. Representatives reached out to us personally to request higher resolutions pictures that hey knew would work for the banner. They had the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction as a top priority. When it was all said and done, our banner arrived in time and looked amazing! When I say it arrived in time, we approved the proof on Wednesday evening and received the banner on Friday afternoon, just in time to surprise our daughter who had qualified for smiths state cross country meet. I would absolutely recommend 2daybanners!!
