Not overpriced
I found the service to be straight forward and not overpriced. I was able to choose what I needed. There could be a bit more variance in what to choose and added.

Great Customer Service and value for money
Very quick and comprehensive quote and a very competitive price providing a very good level of cover. Easy to purchase and when I made a mistake with the from date of cover it was easily and quickly rectified by phone.

Policy documents are not contractural recovery is down to operator discretion. Avoid if you want a trusted recovery service
Despite the policy specifically saying they recover the car to home, the online team said they will only recover to 60 miles. I was left stranded with no way of recovery. They stated that recovery stated in section D onward travel was discretionary!
The actual service vs the policy is broken so I have no trust in this provider and would advise others to treat the policy documentation as guidance not a contract. The telephone operators were rude and unhelpful and I am still waiting for a response from their management

This company is a total scam.
This company is a total scam.
I purchased extra cover with parts and labour.
I put in a claim for cambelt and water pump and the claim was rejected without them given me a reason.
I have since emailed and left message for them to explain why it was rejected and they have not bothered to reply.
The garage that has my car has also tried to make contact on my behalf and 2gether will not communicate with them.
Where do i go next.
