I said your college, that i don't have gaz since Monday, he said me, i will have gaz direkt when i did the contact. I did the contract yesterday and to now i don't have gaz. Totalenergie said me also i have to wait as i don't have big problem

Pushy to switch contracts on misinformation
Used to be a fan of this site, but they've become very pushy to get you to change a contract. They blatantly lie (or are misinformed) on the phone to get you to change. For example, they insist by high and low that my provider would change its contract on renewal, when the whole raison d'etre of that provider is that they don't (I checked).
Then they insist I should change to a fixed contract "because winter is coming". However, at current futures prices, my variable contract would increase by 2c/kWh in winter so it's a non-argument especially because fixed contract prices are higher across the board.

All they did is forwarding my bank details to mega. Never cared if I had contract or even been contaced by the supplier. They also didn't bother to check when i asked. Extremely poor service

You have placed your request on our website asking for a direct debit with the suplier Mega and you filled in your IBAN as well. Afterwords you asked our customer service to send your moving document to Mega as well. We have tried explaining in our mai communication as well, once you accept terms and conditions that we process your order with the data you filled in at our website.
