I always go to AC Jenkins to arrange transport for my employer. They're reliable, quick and extremely helpful - even when there's flight chaos or amended journeys. I cannot recommend them enough, dealing with Alastair and the team is a pleasant experience throughout and I've never been let down. 5 stars indeed.

AC Jenkins took us up to the Ed Sheeran concert in Cardiff. The driver Ian Gibson was very helpful and professional and made the day stress free 😁

Used AC Jenkins for transport from Swansea to Cardiff Airport and return in May. Brilliant service. early morning pick up - 2:30am and met us at airport for return. Drivers very polite and helpful, vehicles modern, clean and roomy.
Booked them again for June

We are a luxury Wedding Planning service based in London and had the pleasure of working with AC Jenkins to provide transport across 3 days of Wedding events for over 100 guests to and from the multiple venue's and various accommodations throughout the Mumbles and Swansea area. They were incredibly efficient and professional but with a personal touch. The planning and delivery was meticulous. It is not easy to herd 100 (often drunk) guests at the end of a wedding, but there were no issues or delays and the guests were all very happy with the service they received, as were we.
We would not hesitate to recommend them or work with them again in the future.

ACJenkins came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! Superb service from initial enquiry right through to drop off on return journey. Drivers are extremely professional, polite and friendly and the vehicles were modern, in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Driver was in contact prior to both pick ups which was reassuring and there was a personal contact number should we have needed it. I cannot recommend ACJenkins more highly. They took all of the stress out of the journey to and from Gatwick, and we travelled in complete style and comfort which was a superb start and end to our holiday experience.

Journey to Bristol airport and return.
Regular correspondence, request for different pickup and drop off points not a problem. Bus on time and a message received they were monitoring flight delays when at the airport gave reassurance that you were in good hands.
Driver in contact when we arrived back at airport and speedy journey home.

Great Service and drivers. Used twice recently and they have been excellent both for taking us to a funeral in Bristol then picking up in Heathrow. Drivers are patient and helpful. Wouldn't go eith anyone else

YMCA Swansea Young Carers Service has been using AC Jenkins services for the past few years and can truly say that the service provided is fantastic. AC Jenkins are always reliable and available when needed, even if you require to make last minute changes they are there to support you.
Bus drivers and passenger assistants as well as office staff are friendly, helpful and supportive.
