My experience with ACSM remains…In dispute

My experience with ACSM remains unresolved. The extension is incomplete, with defects still outstanding.
The original quote specified 31 courses of brickwork, but work stopped at 28 and I was then asked for additional payment. I had requested a single-storey extension with a warm flat roof and relied on the builder’s expertise to get the brick height right from the outset and find there are 3 more courses needed to enclose joists.

Communication has been poor, with repeated emails going unanswered. I am also concerned that images of my property were used in advertising without my permission.
