WHAT A SHAME AND WHAT A FRAUD. SUCCESSFULLY MADE PAYMENT EURO 554, BUT THEY FLAGGED MY ORDER AS HIGH RISK FRAUD AND NEVER SEND THE PRODUCTS, THEY JUST TOOK THE MONEY AND LEFT SILENTLY. REALLY GUYS????

Can I give 0 star at all? I ordered 554 euro worth of products from them, the money was already taken from my credit card account, payment was successfully made. 3 weeks later the products haven't arrive yet, so I contacted them, they said my order is flagged as high risk fraud, i write loooong looong message to them to explain and elaborate anything, and didn't give any info again after that. WHAT A SHAME AND WHAT A FRAUD. PLEASE ADEN+ANAIS TEAM I KNOW YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS. AT LEAST REPLY MY EMAILS.

Dear Aden + Anais

Dear Aden + Anais, my shopping experience with your company has been a one-star experience. Not due to your website, but entirely due to your delivery service, GLS.
My husband and I are home all of the time and have been for months. GLS never came to our door, and we never had a note in our post box. I had to hunt through pages of delivery service emails (not only just before Christmas, but right before our first baby is due) to actively find out where our order was.
Our order was split into 2 which we didn`t realise as we only ordered 2 items in total, my husband walked to the collection point before work this morning and collected 1 parcel which has been there a week already. I only realised there must be 2 parcels upon opening the first and finding half the order. So now he has to go back again at lunch time, with yet another "permission to collect" letter from me. It would be polite to say this experience is extremely frustrating and time consuming. I really hope the second parcel is still there.
This is a huge inconvenience and I honestly expect a lot better having paid EUR 4,95 for the delivery! GLS NEVER CAME TO THE HOUSE!!! Is this some kind of joke?????
Frankly I expected much better from a company such as Aden + Anais.

Not satisfied with the support

Not satisfied with the support. Couldn’t change a simple post code number. The package was sent to the wrong address. Try to call 3-4 times and nothing happens. They wrote me an email that everything is ok, but afterwards the package was delivered to a different adress.
After all, now (01.10) i have received replacement order and everything is ok.
