Great workshop, GDE based and how to use GROW and scaling for your Standards Check

Went on the course in Cambridge as felt underprepared for my part 3 with the training I had already received.
Mick and lee spoke in a way I could understand and relate to (not robotic), they explained things in layman terms not company terms.
If you have doubts about your training please attend one of the course even if only for the scaling model being explained or the top down approach.

Lee and Mick are two great characters, and I was very impressed with the workshop they provided. Great flow to it, and so good to learn from their knowledge and understanding. Highly recommended

The ronseal of training the instructor, simple and effective, did exactly what it said on the tin. I had a brief chat with Mick 4 days before my part 3 and got some clarity on a few concerns and successfully passed on my first and only attempt.

Having just completed The Skills for Coaching online course I would highly recommend it. Lee and Mick have created a course that breaks down exactly whats required for coaching. Makes you think, makes you question yourself and certainly provides a better understanding of the higher levels of the GDEMatrix.

Having been an ADI for 20 years, completed lots of CPD, this course is one that's had me thinking from week 1 to completion. Thoroughly enjoyed it, definitely worth your time.

Mick and Lee are revolutionising the Driver Training industry with their superb courses that really get you thinking.Having just completed The Skills for Coaching online course with Lee over 4 weeks,I can honestly say as an ADI for many years,I needed this.It's given me the 'drive' to keep learning and growing.Mick and Lee are really approachable and helpful.I highly recommend this course to any ADI/PDI looking to develop their coaching skills.

Mick and Lee shared loads of useful hints and tips on how to tackle and pass Part 3. It was incredibly helpful to hear them bring to life the theories of client centred learning with their knowledge and personal driving and training experiences. Absolute no brainer for ADIs and PDIs who have a Standards Check or Part 3 up and coming.

Recently had a 1-2-1 Online Training Session with Mick which was primarily focused on effective & appropriate use Scaling.

The Workshop was Professionally delivered & left “no stone unturned” - the guidelines & guidance offered were based on a ‘Common Sense Compliance’ model- adaption to the needs of the Client & circumstances prevailing.

Mick is a great Listener and has a valuable wealth of experience & knowledge which I would urge others to take advantage of.

I would thoroughly reccommend attending their courses if you have a standards check or want to enhance your skill set as an ADI/PDI.
They are friendly and approachable and make the learning easy to understand.
I'm off to book another course in near future, thanks gents!

I found Mick & Lee through the DiD podcast during my part 3 training with a national provider. After failing my 1st attempt, I realised there was so much more to learn than just what happens on your test day and decided to book on to a workshop back in March 23, just before my 2nd attempt. Nerves got the better of me on my second.
I contacted Mick and he offered to come over to observe my lessons. This was what I needed. It’s fine doing role play with an instructor playing the pupil but having an observer is far more useful to prepare for test.
The workshop gave me insight into learner psychology and a top down approach which is what really unlocked client centred learning.
I kept in contact with Mick and he helped me to prepare for my final attempt, D day! We had planned for another in car session but my learner was unavailable at the last minute so Mick went out of his way to arrange a last minute Zoom call instead.
Feedback from the examiner was that she could definitely see I’d put the work in. Couldn’t be happier!
I plan to continue my training and aim for the golden A in the future.

Attended the Mansfield course. Was a real eye opener to how little i actually knew and how much more i need to learn.

I was happy with my 1st time and overall pass rate but hadn't done any training since gaining my ADI badge and I've not had a standards check yet but I thought I'd get myself ready so did some research and liked the look of the KIT course.

The one I attended was sold out which I thought was a good sign and when I went I was very glad I did.

The interactions with the variety of other ADI and PDI's was great and I pinched quite a few ideas off them that I've been using day to day.

The course content and information afterwards was 1st class and has improved my way of teaching my pupils. Not everything has worked for me but there have been a few gold nuggets that have helped not only me but also, very much, my pupils.

I had a great training session with Mick to help.prepare me for my Part 3 Test. His enthusiam with infectious, and knowledge abundant. He made me excited to do my Part 3, and I then went on to pass. Micks help was instrumental and I will certainly be booking onto his training sessions for my Standards Check.

Attend 2 of Mick & Lees workshops they have a great understanding/knowledge of the industry. I use the teaching methods every lesson. Still working hard towards my coaching goal to really get the client to achieve the best they can from our lessons. Keep pushing the way forward. It's a Top down approach!! 👍🏻

I would recommend Knowledgeablee Instructor Training to any PDi or ADi looking for some top quality CPD, both Mick and Lee are fantastic Instructors who possess a huge desire to improve the industry standards and there courses reflect this.

I will definitely be booking another workshop next year. It has helped so much with the approach to my driver training.
