My first time purchase
I had trouble finding the top that the model wore with the sequin skirt I ordered. Never found the top, would had purchased it. Could not find a customer service phone number to ask.

My initial review of this company was due to frustration with the website. Immediately after review someone from customer service reached out and corrected the issue. Shortly after placing my order my chiffon pants suit arrived. The color, blue, is even more beautiful in person. The quality of the material is excellent and the fit of both the top and bottom are perfect. I will definitely be ordering from Ador again based on all aspects of the process and the excellent product. I can’t wait to wear this outfit to my daughters wedding!

Nice styles, but delivery & truth could be better
I love ADOR’s prints and fabrics—they stand out! But my dress came late, colours were off from pics, and return shipping cost almost as much as the item. Great designs, rough edges.

Very easy to order, however, I wish I had the option to expedite shipping. I have bought several dresses from the site and the quality and fit are both excellent.

Terrible customer
Terrible customer. They say it took several emails to figure out what I wanted to return and that’s not true. I repeatedly said I was returning all items from both orders due to an item being ripped and the package was horrendous they wait was received by me
Not until I said I was going to dispute charges with my card did they send me labels. And every time I emailed them I got a different person and different response
They are not well trained in customer service
And now they tell me I have to wait 3 months for a refund. Unacceptable
If they had responded appropriately the first time I wouldn’t have had to dispute charge
Now they want to make it seem like waiting for a refund is my fault
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Poor poor customer service
This is still ongoing.

To clarify, we noticed you had placed two separate orders with a total of 12 items, including multiple sizes of the same product. We understand you wanted to return all of them. Because one item was damaged, and the others were returns for different reasons, our system follows different procedures for these cases. This may have caused the back-and-forth communication, and we apologize for the confusion.
We also want to assure you that it was never our intention to delay your return until after you raised a chargeback. When a chargeback is filed, the payment is no longer with us but under review by the bank. In this situation, we are unable to issue a direct refund until the bank completes its process. We recognize how frustrating this is, and we are sorry for the additional wait time.
Please know that we are reviewing this case internally and continuing to train our customer service team so that situations like this are handled more clearly and smoothly in the future.
We appreciate your patience and your feedback, which helps us improve.
