This seems to be the only way to get a response. I ordered a M and was sent a large and I have been trying to return the dress to no avail. Ador doesn’t acknowledge their error or send any return instructions. Beware.

Update: I updated my review since Ador finally sent me instructions to return the dress.

Website is easy to navigate. I’ve ordered many dresses and they are beautiful. Had to exchange two of them, took a bit but Ador handled it well and I’ve received the exchanges. Some discrepancies in sizing. I’m 5’6” 120 lbs and varies between small and medium

I bought a dress from Ador and needed to return it.

I bought a dress from Ador and needed to return it as it was small size. I sent an email and Ador staff especially Fretsey and Nicole were very consistent in their communication and they gave me clear instructions on how I could return the item. I eventually received the replacement and I love it. Fretsey & Nicole you are stars, thank you for your support. Keep doing good.

RETURNS DIFFICULT - BEWARE- They are in SINGAPORE

The products are good quality, but the return address is not on their website and the instructions for return are not clear.

After emailing TWICE I finally got a reply. To get a full refund you a have to attach pictures of the clothes and their tags to get the return address.

HERE is their reply - with their address in Singapore for any others struggling to get through to them. I paid them £129.05 - one item has not arrived and they want to refund me half my money!

We would appreciate your cooperation in arranging the return to our warehouse following the below return instructions. The refund for the return will be [GBP 64.86].

If the return process is inconvenient for you, and you've reconsidered keeping the item, we're happy to extend with an additional 30% to the previous partial refund offer.

Return instruction:

1 Please write Order Number XXXXXX on a sheet of paper and include it in your return package.

2. Expedited Refund Service:
To avoid a long time waiting, upon confirming your package is en route for return, we'll prioritize arranging your refund.

3 Unfortunately, we don't offer a return label service currently. Please use the cheapest tracking service at the local post office, and mark it as "Returned Goods". If reusing the original package, please remove all original labels.

4 Please note that the responsibility for return postage lies with you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're truly sorry for the frustration caused by the return process. That's not the experience we want for our customers.

To clarify, we operate multiple return warehouses in different regions. Customers in the U.S. can return items to our U.S. warehouse, while for some countries where we currently don't have a local return facility (including the UK), returns may need to be sent to another regional warehouse. Our team will always provide the correct return address based on the order location.

The request for photos of the item and tags is simply to confirm the product condition and ensure the return is processed correctly. We understand this step may feel inconvenient, and we're working on making the process clearer and easier.

Regarding the refund amount mentioned, GBP 64.86 is the value of the two items you requested to return. There is also a third item in the order, which is the one you mentioned has not yet arrived. This item is currently still in the processing stage. If you no longer need it, we'd be happy to cancel it and issue the remaining refund of GBP 64.19 immediately.
