Excellent product & Customer Service
There are so many fake websites and online companies posting images of great fashion. I saw a dress on the Ador website that I loved and wanted to order it but knew I needed to do some research before handing over my money. I read many great and accurate reviews about Ador and felt confident in placing an order. I will note that a few reviewers did comment on shipping time and that was accurate advice. The shipping is not the fastest but the product is worth the wait so plan ahead for that special event, vacation, or just because purchase. I ordered several pieces. All were nicely packed and of much better than expected quality for the price point. I am very petite so some of the items did not fit me and needed to be returned. This is where Ador's customer service came in. Once you figure out on their website how to access your orders and communicate with customer service, the rest is easy. They actually care and want to ensure you're a happy customer. (So rare in the online shopping world these days!) I'd like to say a special thanks to Nicole in customer service. She answered my many questions and assisted me with returns and reorders. I'm thrilled with my final selection. If you're shopping for some fun and beautiful clothing, give Ador a try!

SCAMMERS
I ordered a dress from this website, dress arrived and didn’t fit. Asked to return the item so I can has a full refund and was told I can have 30% of the item price back, wasn’t happy so they extended to 70% which I accepted. Instead of refunding me they have TAKEN the money out of my bank so that’s £130 they have fraud me. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

The £49.49 you mentioned is the refund amount we agreed and processed (70% of the item price)—it was not an additional charge or a deduction. We do not have the ability to withdraw funds directly from a customer's bank account. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method through the payment provider.
Sometimes, refunds may appear as a separate transaction on bank statements, which can understandably cause confusion. However, no extra amount was taken from your account.
We have already replied to you directly and would be more than happy to review the transaction details with you to help clarify this further. Please feel free to contact us again so we can assist and resolve any remaining concerns.

Received several more pieces from Ador and I'm very pleased with the fit and quality of the items, will wait to see how they wash. One pair of pants has a liner short in it to cover the sheer part of the "back end" area, which I LOVE. The customer service was excellent and they helped me with a price adjustment when I missed using the code offered. So far A+.
