I wanted to withdraw £20,000 as a Gift Deposit to go towards a deposit towards a mortgage for my daughter. Pauline and the AAC team explained all the relevant inheritance tax implications, how much I could withdraw etc. in advance of requesting the withdrawal. The withdrawal process was straightforward, regular updates from Kristopher was appreciated. Funds were in my current account, ready to transfer to my daughter's savings account well within 10 working days.

When I got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer I knew I needed excellent impartial financial advice from someone I could trust implicitly. I deliberately sought out Scott as I have been in the industry myself for over 30 years so have a deep knowledge of the best and worst in this industry and he is a class apart as the best. He has been absolutely fantastic in guiding me without bias or self interest through the mind field of options I have to live my best life for the days I have left and for my family for the tomorrows I sadly will not see. The process and advice recommendations were clear, concise and easy to understand and follow. It is not easy making the complex simple and digestible but Scott did so, guiding me with through every step with warmth and empathy and most importantly giving me the time and space I needed to ask questions. In doing so he delivered something much greater than just good financial advice, he delivered peace of mind. For this I cannot thank him enough.

I've been with AAC for about 7 years - found them through Unbiased. I was looking for advice on financial issues around consolidating my pensions (a few under different companies) and planning for retirement. At the time, I spoke with 3 companies, and AAC were the only ones who committed a lot of time upfront to determine my needs and make a few recommendations, without any formal commitment to become a client. Since then, which includes my retirement in 2023, they have consistently provided an outstanding service. I've worked most recently with Pauline Doherty. Overall, their advice and support has constructively informed my investment and saving decisions. They are also a joy to work with! Pauline and her team have been kept busy recently, with a few queries and helping to release some funds for house issues, while working to minimise longer term negative impact on my savings. I was introduced to Advanced Asset Consultants via Unbiased. Scott made contact quickly and didn’t hesitate to meet face to face at my convenience. My circumstances were a little complicated so it took a number of meetings for us to work through things. There was absolutely no charge for the great deal of initial independent advice and I think we met four or five times. Scott is very easy to work with and I finally decided to go “all in” with Scott and his team. I am now working through the practical details of onboarding with Advanced Assets Consultants.

Been with the company since I retired in 2017 and they've always understood my needs and offer me the best advice on my annual meeting. I had an issue with HMRC and the advice and help I got from my advisor Pauline was way above excellent and resolved my issue. Good company to invest in.
