I had booked this service for my Father
I had booked this service for my father. He was very happy with the service that the team provided. His only complaint was the food in the Lounge. He wanted a good healthy breakfast before boarding the next Flight, but all he could find was oily dosa, sambar, puri, chole etc. He asked for eggs, oats or cornflakes but it was not provided. Only when he was about to leave the Lounge, they gave him cornflakes.This was really very expected from a lounge at International Airport-Delhi

in a strange airport where you don’t speak the language, being met at the plane and escorted through passport control to the lounge. anna was great just leading us tired confused souls through all of it. will definitely use and recommend.

It was a 5 Star service
It was a very good service. A lady with the porter standing on arrival with our names displayed. We were expedited and by the time came to the baggage collection it was already collected by the porter. We are out of the airport in 15 mins. This is very unusual at Jeddah airport. The porter went all the way to the transport.
All the time the staff were in contact with me and were monitoring that we get a 5 star service.
Definitely going to use it again
