I had nothing but trouble with airportservices.ae meet & greet service at Dubai airport. Every interaction I had with them was an irritating runaround from start to finish.
Contrast this with Marhaba meet & greet that I used twice at Dubai airport with no problems. I will use Marhaba meet & greet and never ever use airportservices.ae again.

I contacted Heathrow airport directly (which you can do too), they confirmed that fast track is only provided by the airline for business/first class passengers ONLY. and no one other than the airline can provide this service even Heathrow Airport it self! "queues at immigration are managed by border force and out of our control" . STAY AWAY FROM THEM...
