Karl Ford answered the phone promptly and after some initial frustration from his inclination to talk over me, he was nothing less than amazingly helpful over the next few weeks while my situation was resolved, somewhat actually beyond what I could of expected.

Product was delivered promptly and on time. I've tried it a couple of times. Very easy to use, excellent product. I've used it after a couple of drinks in the evening. I was more sober than I thought. Also used the morning after, again surprised to find virtually no alcohol remaining

I live in France - the limit for driving is much lower than the UK - if stopped by the Gendarmes a breath test is automatic !! Its best to be sure so a reliable device is essential.
I sent my old Elite model back for calibration and this was not possible due to its age - I didn't have to pay for this service and was offered a trade in against a new model - Excel. I have since set this up which was very easy indeed.

I have just upgraded to ALCOSENSE Pro from Excel and am very happy with it.
Instructions are easy to follow and got it up and running in about 5 mins but the features are pretty much the same as my old Excel for setting up but it is very straight forward and clear instructions.
This is an excellent product for checking your readings the next day well for me it is.

Bought this before Xmas as I was expecting to do some driving to visit relatives over the festive time, it got me out of a couple of visits I wasn't looking forward to! I will definitely be using this more often as I can't be without my car. I would definitely recommend this device.

I bought the Light 2 from Amazon and am absolutely delighted with this product. Superb value. Effective, easy to use, reassuring. It gives me real peace of mind in regards to a friend who has agreed to use it each day he drives and there is no price on that. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I bought a single use breathaliser test and decided to use it when I was really intoxicated and to my horror i tested as sober which is worrying to say the least so please don't buy this rubbish product

Just bought the Alcosense Pro after having the SE2 for many years. Very easy to use. Had a query on the weekend when purchased, contacted Alcosense through website and had a response on Sunday. Cannot fault it.
