Ordered a Padel racket on the Tuesday for a game on the Thursday (which I thought would be a bit tight timing wise) and it arrived on the Wednesday. Nicely packaged, best price around by a long-shot – and even received 10% off with my first order. Would definitely recommend.

Very concerning customer service.

My simple warranty return was ignored twice by email, so I had to call to get an answer. I was then told that the warranty claim would likely be refused before they had even inspected the racquet.

Weeks later, the claim was rejected. They said HEAD had made the decision, but provided no evidence that the racquet had actually been sent to them.

Do yourself a favour and spend a few extra pounds elsewhere for the peace of mind that, if something goes wrong, you will receive professional customer service.

Very disappointing. The other negative reviews here also show a pattern of dreadful service.

First Class. Ordered 2 x Prince tour rackets for an unbelievable price. Managed to change my order with no fuss at all. I received a call from Logan a day or so before delivery to discuss strings. Logan was really helpful with type and colour. He convinced me to go for bright orange Yonex Tour which against the Matt black Prince is about as perfect combination as you could imagine. I'm absolutely stoked with my purchase and the helpful, friendly service. So refreshing to purchase from a company that goes far beyond expectations. Thanks ATT

Bought my second racket here. Speedy delivery, and customer service was quick to respond to an enquiry and resolve it fairly with a win-win outcome. Great support as always.

Great service and delivery and competitive prices. But big flaw compared to other companies is you have to pay for deliveries. So when returning and it's costing you £7-15 you lose a lot of money back on the return. Would seriously advise people to consider this and will make me think before ordering here again

ATT has a great range and selection of product. However their success is their reason for this review as they take customer service for granted.
Gave my racket at their Westway store for a re-string, got told it would be done in a day or two at best.
Been 3 days and no confirmation of my racket stringing being done, called them up twice and vague responses - if they would've been clear about the timeline upfront, not a problem however what is unpardonable is the setting of a wrong expectation. Like I said, their success means their customer service has declined significantly.

Speedy delivery, great selection. Unfortunately i ordered the wrong size shoe, immediately emailed to change it but it was too late. Shows how quick they are but a bit annoying having to pay return costs.

I wish I lived locally because the store itself looks fantastic and the range of tennis gear is impressive, however I am resigned to having to order online. My Wilson ProStaff arrived on time and packaged perfectly. I had a couple of questions about the product Beforehand which were answered swiftly by the team at ATT. I can’t fault this company, and I will definitely be ordering again soon. A very happy customer :-)
