Technologically Inept Company
If you like having a company that has no control over their own platforms and tech as your energy provider, you are at the correct address.
Haven’t been able to log into my account for MONTHS, customer service does not know what to do at all and all they do is tell you to wait. No responses on the emails other than an automatic confirmation, they are lucky that not many of the disgruntled customers find their way here, otherwise it would look like the reviews on google or for their app; calling this company modern is a bad joke.
EDIT: 5 months later nothing changed, issues remain unresolved and now I even have to hope to get an answer at all. Support not responding and plain ignoring the issue. Cheers
