Very poor quality plants and even worse customer service.
The 6 alstroemeria arrived in poor condition, some died very soon and the rest never made it through the winter. They ignored all my attempts to contact them.
I would definitely nott recommend this company.

Do not trust this company.
They took £300 from my account and never delivered. They do not answer phone or email. They have been stone-walling me for a year.

Plants arrived quickly in good condition and well packed. However there was an item missing. The phone number given on the dispatch note is no longer available. I have sent 2 emails via their ‘contact us’ page and waited over a month with no reply or even acknowledgment.

Details on order correct for purchaser and delivery address but parcel was addressed to me instead of Mrs Pope and delivered to wrong address. Pure coincidence that Mrs Pope actually received her plant as she bumped into the lady who received the parcel at her farm and asked her if she knew a Mrs Wragg. Attention to detail when completing delivery details awful. Pure luck my friend actually received her plant.

Very healthy plants. Delivered well

One of the plants was missing and one of the other ones sent was the most miserable plant I had ever seen. I sent an email but they never replied.

Delivery was very quick but I felt disappointed with the plant supplied. It was re-potted on arrival and hopefully it will flourish in due course.

Plants arrived well packed and as always were of good quality.

Unfortunately the parcel has been delayed at the sorting station, I’m now concerned about the plants inside and what condition they will be in. Plus when I will receive them ? Normally the delivery is good and on time .

arrived early within a week in November,plants were starting to shoot and some tubers had grown through pot bottom.l will now pot up and keep in conservatory for a spring planting, very good.

Cannot, in all honesty, recommended Alstromeria Select. Appalling customer service-don’t respond to emails, direct messages, instagram and there’s no phone to contact them. There is no communication from them at all. They’re quick to take the money but not deliver the goods. Had to contact Trading Standards and threaten the small claims court before they eventually made contact. The plants they eventually sent were dreadful, 1 small struggling stem on each plant. I would advise anyone considering them avoid at all costs. Ordered on the 23rd July and only just received the plants-7th October.

I purchased 6 plants in total, costing £79.95 including shipping on 23rd of September 2022. They were 2 of each Indian Summer, Inca Husky and Adonis. The parcel was left with my neighbor instead of leaving it behind the garage as I have instructed. The delivery was made on the 27th Sept. However, upon inspection, only 3 plants were in the box, one of each of the above mentioned. Yet the packing slip stated all plants were packed. I have tried to contacted the company 3 times via their web site contact form over the past 3 weeks, stating the order number and the problems. As yet I had received no communication from them at all. It seems that no one is managing the contact forms, or they choose to ignore it. There appeared to be no other way to contact them. So I feel very disappointed and angry with the extremely bad customer service. It is clear to me that I had paid very dearly for this 3 small plants. I will not be using this firm again. And I will share this bad experience with everyone I know.
