Arrived on time and so well packaged. Still to plant in the spring.

I had cancelled my order and requested a refund, when I discovered they are part of Herbert White & Sons. NO refund received. No communication from company. Then they delivered the plants while I was away on holiday. A friend unpacked them, and one was dead. Complaints lead nowhere - a dreadful company.

Nice plants, so all good.

Lovely plants, arrived in good conditions snd are growing well in my garden. I definitely recommend this company for the excellent selection plus good shipping.

Ordered 2 plants on 21st July, only got 1 plant on 13th September but no refund for missing plants Won't be ordering again.

Bitterly disappointed. Ordered 2 plants at the end of June showing as in stock so according todelivery guidelines expected these within 4 weeks. No further communication so a month later I contacted the seller to ask about my order and was told my order would be escalated. Still nothing chased up again and after waiting 2 months for the plants I received the parcel. 2 very small pots with dry loose compost containing somedryish plant material which I hoped would grow. A month later one plant rotted despite minimal water and the second is hanging on but Im not optimistic. I think I paid 13 each for these and I am asking for a refund. Never use again would definitely not recommend

Rubbish. Bargepole job.
Goods were supposed to go to friend. ( even says so on paperwork inside package) delivered to me instead. Plants were rubbish. The company phone number does not work. No one answers emails. Contact on website gives no response. £45 down the drain. I still had to buy another gift for my friend.
All In all it couldn't have been worse. Ordered June. Delivered September

Not able to contact. No reply to email.. phone number no longer in use.Waited 3 months although in stock.only 1 out of 3 growing.

I ordered 3 plants at £12 each plus £7.95 postage, end of June 22. I received confirmation that order would be sent as soon as plants available. In early September I queried where they were, and a few days later a delivery arrived, 2 empty containers plus one pot filled with extremely dry compost and a half centimetre tuft of leaf. The invoice stated that one plant had been refunded and this was two plants. I tried to phone, but the number no longer takes calls, and says to contact via website. I have sent my complaint via the website but have not had any acknowledgement or further refund. I have paid £24 plus almost £8 postage for some dry compost and a tiny leaf.

Whilst the plants were fine this retailer is lacking in customer service in that they do not answer the phone yet a number is given on their brochure. Also E-mails sure not replied to as I sent three asking for the date of delivery.

The money was taken for our order but there was no delivery so we tried to cancel the order as we were going on holiday. They totally ignore emails and we thought that was it. No telephone contact possible and we presumed we had lost our money. At the beginning of September we unexpectedly finally got a delivery with very tiny plants. Hope they survive the winter!

One star is too good for this company. There is no way to contact them or correspond about issues other than a contact form which they appear not to read. When I had to cancel the order because of no information they still sent plants. When I refused to accept them they emailed me to ask why. They then failed to reply to my email. At least they didn't charge me!

i ordered on26TH JUNE.on website it said in stock 7 days delivery,still havent recieved.emailed several times they blame staff shortage.i asked for a refund and to cancel my order a month ago,and i still havent recieved my refund.they now say delay in refunding me due to staff shortage....DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Two months ago I spent £68 for an order of in stock alstroemerias which still hasn't arrived. Not polite enough to even answer e-mails or online messages. Guess next contact will be with Trading Standards.

Terrible to deal with poor communication. Waited 13 months for my order, plant was missing have been waiting since June for refund.

Placed an order in May 22 for nearly £100. No plants have been received. Contacted customer services numerous times no reply. Order is showing as complete on my online account

This is the second time i have used this company first time last year everthing was ok.

Now feeling ripped off . Avoid do not use

Sturdy plants, very well packaged

I ordered two plants - at £12.00 each. I eventually (after a long wait) received one incorrect plant and was given a £12.00 refund for the other plant that was unavailable. The plant I received was very weak, I couldn’t find any means to contact Alstroemeria Select - so I planted it up and it’s now struggling to survive. I’ve subsequently bought two alstroemeria plants from a local garden centre which are both beautiful and thriving. I was very disappointed with my experience with Alstroemeria Select

I made this order (3 for 2) a year ago and had completely forgotten about it. I presume I paid in full at the time. However, this summer I received just 1 small plant in flower and 1 tiny seedling with just 2 leaves on it (only approx. 2cms high). What happened to the third one? Whatever I paid for them at that time, I don't think this is value for money!

Tried to deliver whilst I was away (no notice of shipping in advance or I would have diverted it). Plants returned to sender - customer service unresponsive for 10 days - I don’t know whether my order is being resent or credited.
