I have real concerns over this company. They had not sent anything one month after making an order and paying ~£100. They did not reply to my message but did send 2 of the 8 plants ordered. One was dead on arrival and the other half dead. I have sent 3 further messages (on website and by E-mail) but still, 6 weeks later, I have not had a reply or refund. There is no phone number available to ring and they are based too far away for me to pay a visit. I’m at a total loss as to what to do next! Maybe contact the police or trading standards to report a theft of my money?

Very pleased and impressed with the Lily but felt let down by the lack of customer service, no response to an email I sent and no information about when it was due as it was a gift for someone, out of the blue the Lily then turned up, luckily I was at home.

Flowers arrived in very bad condition all dry,yellow leaves looking like dying. Not what I expected for the price.

Not a good shopping experience I'm afraid ,ordered two astromeria one being a gift for someone, 4weeks later still no plants unable to contact Yourselves as no-one replying to email and phone constantly unanswered and mail box full. When final the plants did arrive the astromeria that was on back order was not the size of my fingernail and has not grown much since and will certainly not be flowering this year. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anybody

Four out of the six plants I had ordered arrived, two unavailable. All ordered a year ago, I had had a chance to cancel order. One looked very sad, one over tall, one very good and one so so. Contacted AS who said roots were good, repot and report back in a month if I wanted. Three growing well and sickly one has just appeared a month later.

I ordered 2 alstromeria plants to be delivered to a relative. Delivery took a month and then one of them has mostly dead. Nobody has responded to my email.

Experience was pretty poor to be honest.
I ordered 3 plants for a gift for Father's day. Delivery stated dispatch in 5-7 days when adding to basket,which was great. On ordering it stated during busy times could be up to 28 days. I sent 2 email to quiery if my order would come in time (as one plant was now showing out of stock on line) I got no reply after waiting the recommended time to wait for a message. I then messaged them on Facebook and they reply to my message finally but it was as if they didn't recet the first messages.
They then told me there has been a delay with dispatch and they couldn't speed it up. When asked if I was going to get my parcel before Father's Day (which was now over the 28 days since ordering) they said it doesn't look like it how would they like me to proceed. (My parcel actually arrived that morning). The communication was really poor.
I had ordered plants last year and no problems but I honestly won't be using again as beautiful as the plants turned out. I felt let down that somewhere can charge nearly £9 as a flat delivery charge and still can't get the plants to you in a month from ordering and to have poor communication about it.

Plant took a little longer to arrive than anticipated, but Company explained that weather had played a part in this. It arrived beautifully packed and in perfect condition and is now growing on in a large pot. No flowers yet, of course, but I have every expectation that it wlll flower before long. I am happy with the service from this company.

no communication, no customer service, no interest to engage with the paying customer. AVOID. in this day and age, if you can’t replay an email, don’t have an website shop. they also have a telephone nr listed somewhere in the depths of the small print, but it wasn’t possible to leave even a voicemail , it had a pre-recorded message saying “voicemail full.” buy elsewhere

Couldn’t get what I wanted in 2021 and so ordered for 2022. I only got one plant because of crop failure. I thought the plant arrived later than it could have and been on the ground earlier. Also value as against what I could have purchased from a garden centre was poor. How ever the choice of variety was better which is why I ordered in the first place.

Plants came well packaged and received next day. Two plants were bigger than expected and already in flower and bud. Repotted and Three weeks on they look ok. Time will tell.
Despatch slow.

It would be a minus star if that could be ticked. They take your money immediately, no correspondence, you cannot get hold of them, no plants arrive within a reasonable time, no one answers the phone you are unable to leave a message because the message box is full. Even after cancelling my order because it did not arrive, no reply to my 'contact us form' I eventually received 50% of my order, very poor small plants, one has died, no mention of when the others will or if they will arrive and no indication as to whether I can have my money back. THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

To say they specialise and nurture these plants is rubbish. They describe the plants as ready to plant out, when they finally arrive they are so pot bound and yellow they can’t be planted anywhere. Then when they offer a refund you don’t get it. These plants certainly aren’t sold as described, DO NOT waste your money.

It's a real pleasure to use your website is so easy, checkout is a quick process. Delivery is good and the Alstroemeria's are very well packed. They are healthy and very strong plants.

Poor customer service - delayed delivery , no explanation. , no replies to e mails & no phone number to call .
Having read other recent reviews I expected nothing at all or at best very poor plants .
Plants finally arrived - well packaged & whilst small they look healthy . Doubt I’ll see a flower from them this year though .

Although I was told plants in stock I had to wait weeks and when the plants arrived they were VERY SMALL I won’t use this website sgain

I ordered in stock plants with a 7-10 day delivery time. The plants took over 6 weeks to arrive, and despite attempting to contact this company twice I never received any reply as to where my order was. The plants were in ok shape on arrival although very small for the cost. Avoid this company and try somewhere else if you enjoy customer service and quality.

Heard nothing from them, having phoned and emailed about order which they took the money and them was not delivered , as they say they have 28 days. I got in the car and travelled 160 miles round trip, to the dingly dell nursery as I was not sure if my money was safe. I PAID FOR DELIVERY but was not remunerated, as I had to collect. Not pleases at all about the service

A delivery request was ignored. The four plants delivered are very poor value for money, One is reasonable size for £12, two others are tiny, and one had no top growth at all as the one tiny shoot was dying on arrival. All four had thick fleshy roots growing out of the posts, so the lack of top growth in late June is poor. You do not answer the phone - I have tried several times and your message system is not working. I sent an email of complaint, which has been ignored, and your website does not allow photos to be submitted even though you claim it can. I want my money back. I'll send the plants back if you send a voucher to pay the transport cost. 01787204033.
