Awful and I suggest you avoid at all costs.
So bad in fact I thought it was an internet scam.
Took three weeks to get confirmation of purchase or any answer from customer service. A total of 8 weeks after the order a number of very tired and anaemic looking plants arrived. Unsurprisingly it wasn't even the complete order I have paid for and I am still waiting to hear about our see proof of a refund of the difference.

The alstroemeria I ordered twelve months ago were out of stock at that time so the company offered to keep my order till this year which they duly did and I received my order a few weeks ago. However, the three plants were very poor specimens, every bit of them tiny and wilted all with yellow or brown leaves and looked as if they'd never seen sunlight. After three weeks of tender care, one of the shoots in one of the pots looks reasonably okay and most of the rest are beginning to perk up a bit, but they're still not what I would have expected.

I ordered 3 Alstroemerias from the rather grand Primrose Hall peonies/ Alstroemeria Select stand at Hampton Court Palace Flower Show last year on 06/07/2021. I paid in cash and have a copy of the Sales order form. I have still not received my plants. I, like many others, found great difficulty in contacting these people, and ended up emailing them, to which I have had no response so far.
I wonder if the RHS are aware of this exceedingly bad customer service? I feel that this company and sister company will give the RHS a bad reputation for allowing them to have a display stand at their shows.
It is nearly a year now with no communication from them whatsoever.
Again, they do not deserve one star, but there is no option.

Very happy with my plants.So much better than other suppliers. I wanted to buy more but they were sold out.

I am so disappointed with the plants I have been sent. The size of the plants are literally plug plants that have not been covered with compost and I fully expected to be able to plant them in the garden this year.They will definitely need to be potted on and stand in a cold frame for most of the summer to protect them.I feel I have paid far too much money for the quality and size of plants that were sent.

We have only received two of three items we ordered though money was taken well in advance for items and we are not impressed with the quality of items received. We have left messages three times and not had the courtesy of a response.

I have emailed 8 times about my order which arrived late and damaged a pathetic excuse of a plant for £20. No reply to my emails! Will not be recommending this company

I ordered 4 Alstroemerias, only one of which looked a healthy plant. The other 3 were very small, yellowing a bit and not rooted into their pots, they were still plug plants, one of the plants was in-fact tiny. I am a garden designer and had bought the plants for a client so it’s important that they are of a certain standard, I sent a photo and an emailing complaining, but the response I had back was very unsatisfactory, it said the plants are rooted and will be fine. At £12 a plant I have had to absorb the cost myself. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Terrible service unfortunately my plants were delivered to the wrong address the courier was at fault but I’ve tried to contact them as suggested by the courier and had no reply. When my plants did eventually turn up a couple of days late. The plants were shocking not just from a lack of light but much poorer quality than I expected one only had 2 stems and both have now subsequently died off. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them and had no response for what is nearly 2 weeks now I’m going to have to contact my bank to initiate a charge back
Under no circumstances would I recommend this company or it’s products or customer service

Top Grade plants and service, Plants arrived in A1 condition

Excellent service, the plants were well packed, they arrived healthy and in good condition.

Customer Service is not a priority for this company, I had 2 occasions to email them the first because their offer of 10% off for new customers failed to work, this email went unanswered. A few weeks later I contacted them again as I had had no acknowledgment of my order and payment had been taken more than 4 weeks prior. Again, no answer whatsoever. The plants finally arrived a couple of weeks ago and the box was thrown over a 6' fence in the back garden and plants were broken. I decided then not to waste my time contacting them as they would not respond. I would not recommend them nor would I use them again.

Tried contacting them on six occasion never had a reply. Of two plants ordered one came with no root ball.will not use this supplier again

Plants took a long time to come and half of them were poor quality and unlikely to survive.

Absolutely dreadful. No communication, six weeks delivery time to receive smallest plant I have ever seen, complete with slug

The plants eventually arrived well packed, a month after ordering. They are quite small for the price.
Very poor communication. No acknowledgment of the order was received so no information. Tried communicating via the website twice but got no response. I was just left waiting and wondering if they would ever arrive.
Had bought alternatives that were much bigger and healthier looking for half the price by the time these turned up.
Won’t be using alstromeriaselect again.

Ordered 6 plants costing approx £70.
5 arrived in a very poor condition. I have completed the contact form on the website twice and recieved no response.
Save your money.

Have previously left review. However it is now 21st June and I'm still awaiting my refund. Agreed 23 May apparently 10 - 15 days. Absolutely disgusted.

Customer service is non existent. Quick enough to take payment but absolutely no communication on when to expect order!
