the wig is legit. looks exactly like the picture. highlights are blended so well and it's not too shiny or fake looking. very soft too.

I am very disappointed with this company.

The product I received is completely different from what was advertised. The color is not as shown (it is more orange instead of brown) and the hair is much thinner than expected. This is not a small difference, but a significant mismatch.

I contacted customer service multiple times and provided photos as proof. However, instead of offering a proper solution, they only offered a small partial refund and refused to accept a return.

When I declined this, they stopped responding.

I would not recommend buying from this company, as the product does not match the description and customer service does not resolve the issue.

I purchased 2xs for veracity I purchased 30in 250% density promotional wig and it came really thin and not 30in.. I then purchased a 300% density 28in wig and they sent the same exact wig except it’s not 28in THIN! I spent twice as much for the 300% density I’m so disgusted with the scam because the customer service is terrible they do not reply to you. I’m not hoping for a refund just never purchasing with them again.

No chemical smell with this brown highlight hair which is a huge plus. It's been my go-to for a week. So easy to just throw on in the morning and head out. Colors are lovely in person.

I've had this highlight color wig for two weeks now. Usually curly hair turns into a frizz ball after a few days but these curls are still defined. Im really impressed with how it's holding up.

Worst product I ever received. I ordered human hair and received synthetic hair. They wouldn’t allow me to return the product for a refund. I paid almost $300 for something that’s worth $15

I placed an order but wasnt sent the confirmation via email so I wasnt sure if they actually received my order. I reached out to Emily and she confirmed very quickly that my order was indeed received and she changed my email address from an old one on file to my current one so that I could get all of my notifications. Great customer service. 👌🏽

The box for the Loose Wave wig was totally smashed when it got here which sucked. Luckily the hair inside was fine. Bought it for my girlfriend and she's picky as hell but she loves it. Says it's got great bounce and body.

i got the 250% density wig. it's actually thick all the way down to the ends which is rare. hair feels very soft and has a nice natural shine to it, doesn't look like synthetic plastic at all.

I love the quality of these wigs and I wear wigs 365 days a year. Even when I wash them, they bounce back with the same great quality! ❤️

Sunday was the big test. I wore the wig for a solid 10 hours and the cap stayed put. No slipping at all. The lace is so thin you can't even see it, and the color is a perfect match to the photos online.

30-inch curly frontal arrived and the volume is insane!! 🤩 Root to tip thickness is 10/10. That HD lace literally vanished when I put it on. obsessed.

I'm very satisfied with the customer service. Responses come incredibly quickly, which truly makes a big difference and gives a sense that the customer is treated as a priority. The team is extremely helpful. I received clear and precise answers to every question. You can see a high level of commitment and professionalism at every stage of the interaction.
