The service was really fast, excellent support the guys when pick up and delivery the car really nice, pretty sure I’ll use again if I needed it. I move my car from Jax to Weston !! The dame day !! Awesome !

Davin did great coordinating shipment of my car from out of state. While the original quoted price was way less than the actual price, he was very prompt with responding and coordinating between me and the company that shipped my vehicle

scam WARNING i called for a price was told 1035 for my car n bike i said ok ill let u know he kept texting me felt like a scam so i said no i ain’t paying no money upfront or signing a contract and next thing he says it’s 1295 and i can pay a small upfront fee when driver gets there can do it tomorrow so i said ok i will give u my sisters number to u ask her my sister told him she would let him know he kept texting me for the address and to confirm i said straight out no so i find a real shipper and he tells me he can’t ship my car coss this guy at american car ship is showing he has a sign contract with me so now i can’t get no other shipper and he won’t reply or pick up I WILL BE CALLING A LAWYER AND THE POLICE BY AFTERNOON IF HE DONT TAKE DOWN HIS FAKE CONTARCT THAG NO1 sign and no1 agreed to even him shipping my car n bike bad guy bad company stay away

I was traveling down from MA to Tx and my Car broke down in Kentucky. Made a couple of calls in the area and the pricing was ridiculously high. As such I had to spend 2 nights at a hotel before I got reached out by Jason Walker who helped me find a good deal. My car got inspected and picked up the same day and got delivered the next day in TX without any problems.
I am really grateful and appreciate it. Also want to appreciate the driver. They were all professional and polite.

Folks! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. Very dishonest about actual amounts and cost. Further, they absolutely are NOT an actual shipping company, they are brokers that just set the appointment and get a cut of what's paid. Caught numerous employees in an outright lie. Protect yourselves, if a company says final cost is $700 to ship a vehicle, it's almost certainly a lie.

Recently used American car ship to transport a vehicle from CA to NJ. Jason Walker was the agent who assisted with this. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the process. He answered any questions via text or call promptly and kept me updated on transportation status.

I was offered by American Carship to ship my vehicle from Indiana to Oregon for $700. I paid a $150 down payment and signed a contract to that arrangement, specifically stating that the total cost would be $700. They had agreed knowing I needed a quick turnaround S the holidays were coming up. After not hearing from them for a few days, I finally got ahold of them and they then told me it was going to be $1200, almost double what they agreed to. I immediately told them on the phone I wanted to cancel the contract as they could not fulfill as specified. They ended up keeping my deposit of $150. This has no ethics and pulls the bait and switch. Stay away from American Carship.

They picked up four cars to be transported cross country to California. They also transported an even for me. All the transporting worked out great. The only thing I had a problem with was I was given a price for transportation and when I scheduled it was a lot more. I was told it is because the time of year and the way the drivers charge. This whole time I was under the impression that they had a fleet of trucks. I guess all I can say that they did there job transporting. Just be up front that’s all people want

Amazing company and dispatch.

Paid the deposit. Called to confirm the date and time of pick up told me it would be December the 23rd. Will not take my call will not confirm pickup time or date. Will not respond to email. I fly out on the 24th, now scrambling to find another shipper. Which on short notice will double my shipping cost. Will never recommend this company to ship anything of mine again!

After agreeing on final price and deposit of $300 Jordan found a carrier and told me the transporter needed to be paid an additional $300 for fuel & tolls. Upon delivery the operator told me there’s never such a charge and he never asked for fuel or toll charges! his company will no longer be contracting with this broker. Beware American Carship is highly unethical and fraudulent!

Overall a good review. The only issue after committing to use the company was the additional price increase after the deal was done. I reluctantly agreed because of the situation I was in. Jacob the person I had help me with all of this along with the driver was great.
My overall assessment is. Good.
I would inform the client on increases BEFORE the actual day of service.
