I needed to transport my car from Texas to Virginia and contacted several companies for quotes. This company, represented by Jacob, offered the lowest price—$450. I signed the contract and made an advance payment on November 8th, with the agreement that the car would be picked up sometime between the 11th and 15th.

During that time, Jacob failed to keep me updated on the status of my car’s transportation. I repeatedly reached out for information on when the vehicle would be loaded and delivered, but all I got were vague responses like, “I’m looking for a carrier.” He then told me the price would no longer be $450 but $750. Fine, I agreed to the higher price because I needed the car delivered before the holidays.

Finally, after constant follow-ups, I was informed that a driver had been found and that the car would be picked up on November 20th. The next day, I received the driver’s contact information and tried to get in touch to confirm the delivery timeline. The driver did not respond to calls or messages. I informed Jacob about the issue, and he provided me with a second phone number, but that number also went unanswered.

By November 23rd—four days after the supposed pick-up date—I found out that the car had not been picked up at all. Jacob then started making excuses and claimed he was “working on finding another driver.” This is absurd! This company does everything it can to take your money upfront but fails to deliver on its promises. Avoid them at all costs!

On November 25th, I contacted another carrier who organized everything within 24 hours, and my car is now en route.

Despite my efforts, I have been unable to recover my deposit, and this company shows no intention of refunding the money.

I will also be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate regulatory authorities to report this company’s unethical practices and poor treatment of customers.

Mathew is best person and I wish to work again

I was quoted a competitive price and gave a deposit. Then Matthew couldn't find me a driver and told me I had to pay more. It's going on 11 days from deposit and nothing is happening. Maybe I should just get a refund. If things change I will edit my review.

I Just received my vehicle booked by American carship my vehicle was picked up Friday October 25th 2024 in Orlando fl, and delivered to me today in Chicago IL October 28th 2024 just as promised I am very happy with their service and will used in the future. Rodney

Overall I had a good experience, I’ll give it a 4 star because of the price increase, I was promised a price and I ended up paying $100 more.
Matthew did a good job locating the best price and the best driver possible, I got my vehicle on time and the day is was supposed to arrive !
