The Anchorprint staff, especially the lovely Richard and Carly, are exceptionally helpful, skilled, and patient. They never rush a job, and are always a fantastic creative support with the development of our design and print jobs. Their attitudes are always refreshing and commendable, nothing is too much trouble. Their passion for 'pulling out all the stops' to create the most impactful campaigns is commendable. They are a delight to work with and long may that continue - the pricing is also very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Anchorprint.

Printed books for me in 2005, 2006 (two titles), 2007, 2008 (two titles), 2009, 2013 and 2014. Made mistakes on 3 of the books (wrong cover colour - bronze when it should have been silver to tie in with the title of the book, missing sections, books falling apart, etc) but was happy to give them one more go in 2019 as they are local, and assumed they'd have improved in that time.

Had agreed the job this summer, only to be told they want payment in advance. Failed to keep me informed about timings as I rushed to get artwork to them. Some of staff were helpful, but no one mentioned payment would be expected before work began.

Director told me that as they hadn't done any work for me "in 15 years" they were surprised I'd expect a credit account. They couldn't even get right a most basic fact about how much work I'd put there way, and when.

Yet all the work they've done for me has been in the past 14 years - most recently 5 years ago, which is clearly within the last 15 years. Tens of thousands of books printed with them, over the past 14 years, and this is how they treat a repeat customer.

EDIT: due to reply below, happy to provide evidence of all the times they have traded with me and go into more detail about all the mistakes they made. My company (as a LTD) was set up in 2011, and they have printed at least two books for me since then. I was a sole trader in the past, but all the books (bar one) are published with my name as the author - we're talking 12 titles. I also have emails from them referring to books of mine they still had in stock, they know who I am - I've had the same email address since 2009 and have all their correspondence to me on file relating to various books. First book was in 2005, so no idea what this guy is on about "in 15 years"? I made late payments on some books over a decade ago, never since then.

Also, happy to tell my 90,000 followers on Twitter and thousands of Facebook friends what a bunch of shysters they are, given their reply - and how terrible the customer service is that they accuse me of trolling them!! If they can't take a bad review for bad service then they really are a pathetic company. What's the point of Trust Pilot if they call you a troll for being unhappy with them? I will happily publish all documents to show they are being slippery.

Plus, would have happily paid WHOLE £5,000 invoice had I been told I would be treated like a new customer - AFTER the work was supposed to have commenced last week. Job is time sensitive - happy to provide email evidence of ALL discussions to show where they failed to mention when payment was due, and all their slippery tactics. Now happy to use a printer further away - who will do a better job for a better prince. Sometimes local is not better.

We've used Anchorprint for a variety of print, design and mailing jobs since the beginning of the year and I can honestly say that the quality of their work, alongside their competitive pricing and outstanding customer service, is unparalleled.

They are an absolutely cracking team and are always a pleasure to work with. Nothing is too much trouble and they have saved the day on several occasions. If you're looking for a reliable printer who offers much more than just printing, you can stop looking because you won't find a better one anywhere else!

Richard and his team at Anchorprint have been fantastic with marketing material, car branding and the subsequent printing for business cards and invoices for my small business. I really do not know where to begin with how amazing this company is. Anchorprint have been providing my company Alfa Chemists LTD with a range of services from the mundane to complex printing solutions to website designs for over a year now.
My company works on a very tight schedule and as our business is international we occasionally require a very quick turnaround and the team and Anchorprint have allways superseded expectations in a highly professional manner.
