A strange experience to say the least
A bit of a strange experience to say the least.
I ordered O/S dog food with them and then a day or two later had an email off them stating my delivery will be delayed and would be informed at a later date when it would be delivered.
I decided to ring up and cancel because I can't wait in limbo in when my dog will get her food and I chatted to a very lovely lady who then informed me that my delivery hasn't been delayed and will be arriving the next morning.
First thing early next morning by had the delivery truck outside with my dog food.
So a bit of weird one, but overall the price for the dog food was good and did arrive fairly quick.

Last time I ordered Epiphen for my dogs seizures I explained that I would be on holiday when the next order is due so the lady said it was ok I could order it early so when I rang the other day a different lady said I could order it but I csnt have it until the next due date, but I’m not in the country and my dog needs the meds but she didn’t seem to understand just kept saying I couldn’t have it as it’s a prescription drug, I know that so I said I would have my prescription back and take my business somewhere else but I csnt do that either apparently
