Getting protective film off was like a…
Getting protective film off was like a 4 hour process. Terrible instructions, I had to undo half of my progress because is didn’t notice the tiniest detail on the instructions. Add to that I was unable of figure out how the weird double poled locking mechanism was supposed to work. I would’ve returned it other than the fact that I would have to take apart a million tiny nuts and bolts. Looks good on my patio though.

Delighted with our purchase
Prompt delivery.
My husband set it up (with very little help) in about 3 hours. At 10'x13', it is quite large, fine in our big garden, but might overwhelm a small one.
Colour as shown on-line. Excellent quality materials.
We can't wait to enjoy our summer oasis, as soon as it warms up!

Service was fast
Service was fast. Product specification description could be more thorough.
The product is low/poor quality. A simple thing like a tie at the bottom of the screens to allow tying the screen to the posts is missing. Without that the screens are essentially useless because they blow around too easily.
I had a similar gazebo before but the post diameter was about 6 inches and not like these which are about 3 inches. Very flimsy.
Not worth the money or the time and effort it takes to put it up. Very disappointed. That's what you get when you buy from a picture online instead of seeing the real product in the store.
