Easy to assemble and very nice truck. I recommend it.

Disappointed with the height of the shelf’s, had to extend the height in order to have pictures fit, however it ended up looking pretty good but required a lot of extra work to make it fit to my liking. I actually only used the top and bottom pieces of the unit. Box was damaged on delivery. I hate dealing with returns so I made it work for my use.

We bought a folding desk on Jun 4 and the product comes in is shockingly bad. Strong paint smell and scratches on table surface, two table surfaces part don't even align!

The customer service is basically a robot that just throw in dozen of bucks and ask us to take it.

NEVER Aosom CA nor Temu for furniture!

Fast delivery, good price for good quality!

My package arrived a couple of days earlier than expected which was great. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Order processing and shipment tracking were all good. Installation instructions were confusing. A video would have been helpful. I like the idea of adding more sections as the plant grows.

I‘ve been impressed with the quality of the products I have ordered as well as the speed of delivery - and no shipping charges, love that! The app is easy to navigate also. Very happy all around :-)

Shipping, product both good. Just didn't work for my space. Return would cost me more than the rug was worth so after an offer of a discount I kept it - not certain what I'll do with it but at least I didn't pay for the shipping. Thank you for the discount but likely will not purchase anything directly from Aosom due to return charges.

Delivery was great. Table assembly was fairly easy. Table looks great.

I had item faulty, they sent out a new one very quickly with not charge!!

The raised bed looks nice but was tricky to assemble as the jnstructions weren't clear. Also, there are narrow holes in the bed that dirt will come out so we had to buy a garden bed liner for it. Otherwise it looks nice.

OK quality, but...
This desk was to be used to hold files. Not one drawer is large enough for this. Furthermore, items can fall out at the back and you have to actually lift the desk off the floor to retrieve dropped items.
It has been put together, so I guess I cannot return it, but I am disappointed.

I updated my address, yet my package was still delivered to the wrong location. When I first contacted customer service to find out where the package had been delivered, I was told it would take 5–10 business days to investigate. After waiting, I received no follow-up or update.

I contacted customer service again and was once more told that an investigation would take 5–10 business days. Only after I challenged this response was I offered a replacement shipment.

During the chat, I confirmed my address three separate times. Despite this, I have now received an email asking me to confirm my address again. This entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unnecessarily repetitive.

Delivery was prompt but box damaged. Luckily nothing inside was. Quality is ok but not as good as previous ones we bought.
