Amazing quality and easy to assemble

Shipped promptly and is as shown. We were missing one roof panel and it was shipped promptly as well with no hassle. The trim pieces for the roof portion are a bit flimsy and tricky to line up at the corners. Took 2 experienced people a bit more than 3 hours to assemble. It looks great assembled and is sturdy when weighted down adequately.

We received our initial order quite quickly. Within a few days. We were very excited to buy Canadian since we were Canadian. We had a large order of eight raised garden planters. Six out of the eight planters had defective parts. They were very difficult to fit together. We needed to use wax to help them glide in to the joining parts. Many of the legs were split and cracked in more than one place. The garden was located two hours east of Winnipeg at our lake house where we had to bring the planters to. A late delivery of the replacement parts was the problem because of the distance. In the end we received a $10 credit for our troubles. To me Aasom did not provide very good customer service.

I ordered from Aosom twice and every time the product arrived defective. The first time the chairs had light scratches and customer support offered a compensation - which I agreed on. The second time the item I ordered came with a defective metallic part which made the assembly impossible because no screw could fit in it due to the defect. This time, customer support offered a 20$ reimbursement (on a 100$ item) for an item I could not even assemble! I had to insist for them to send me a replacement piece. I do like their products, but 2 orders for 2 defective items ... I'm unsure if I will order again

Good quality material and good size for vermi-composting bin.

This greenhouse is the flimsiest greenhouse I’ve seen. It was a nightmare putting it together even with 5 people. The panels pop out every time the wind blows. The vent windows handle hang cause there is no where to put them up. Definitely would not recommend. Lesson learned. Pay more for quality

Delivered on time product is excellent. A welcome seating addition to our back deck.

Easy to deal with and delivery was on time

Fast delivery. We thought the Grill gazebo had an aluminum roof but it was polycarbonate and not as sturdy as our previous one from Home Depot. My husband and his helper spent 2 days trying to put it together. We emailed and called their help number several times but there was no technical support available to us. We hired a different helper and after 4 more hours, they were able to finish installing the roof. The customer support group did offer for us to return it for a full refund which we would have done had we not been able to resolve the problem. They did give us a 10% refund acknowledging the difficulty of assembly.

We are very happy with the garden boxes. Quick delivery, quality product. Just a little time consuming with the many nuts and bolts.

Purchase was easy, delivery was as promised. Bought a fee items from Aosom Ca and have not been disappointed yet.

The item I ordered was and is terrific. Recomended to a friend who has also ordered the same item.

Very good good

Getting protective film off was like a 4 hour process. Terrible instructions, I had to undo half of my progress because is didn’t notice the tiniest detail on the instructions. Add to that I was unable of figure out how the weird double poled locking mechanism was supposed to work. I would’ve returned it other than the fact that I would have to take apart a million tiny nuts and bolts. Looks good on my patio though.
