I am riding my Apollo City on a daily basis, in Montreal, and after almost 600km, I confirm the quality of this best-in class e-scooter. Performance is exceptional, the product is well designed & engineered, I feel very safe riding on high quality materials, acceleration is amazing and riding is very smooth on every road with the suspension!!!!

Perfection. I've ridden the GO now for 150+ miles (240+ km) and can attest to this thing being an absolutely gnarly shredding machine. The speed and range estimates were 100% spot on in my experience (and I have a high bar for performance). The power and efficiency of this thing are wild. It accelerates like a jet ski, has powerful regen braking, and costs almost nothing to charge. I've only had one minor issue with it (which was my fault if anything) and their customer service helped me out immediately. The GO is a perfect balance of performance and portability.

Apollo scooters this one that best companies out there I mean they are the best to get back to you ASAP. Their scooters are just in my opinion way better than every other company by 10. Customer service warranty everything they have is 10 out of 10. People need to realize this and quit buying junk scooters and just pay a little bit more or just save and take your time shopping because Apollo is way better than anybody else. By 10 on a scale of one to 10.

First rate service for a fledgling company with a bright future! It's nice to see, during a period of intense growth, that Apollo is able to keep such personal account of the singular customer and make them feel valid. You won't get better service anywhere.

Well, just viewing their website it gives a really good feel about how much hard work and dedication they have with their scooters. When emailing with one of the staff they were well mannered and quick to respond. I have absolutely no issues with them or the website at all. Their newsletter is a pleasure reading whenever I see it in my email inbox.

So far its been only 3 weeks but it has been so much fun. If you constantly throttle it to the max say goodbye to the battery but if your chillin at 30kmh its going to be a long ride . The power was surprising and 50kmh its friggen fast . I thought I needed faster but its plenty for now. Brakes kind of suck but if your careful you shouldn't hit any cars if they jump out. One last thing is the brakes and the throttle are far apart so if you have little hands good luck lol. .....then the rubber mat started peeling

I bought the Phantom v4, about a year ago. It came with a broken throttle connector. I was so eager to ride, I didn't even care. Well, the throttle broke during normal use. Fast-forward to why I am writing this review. I ordered a new throttle, because the Apollo website says they finally have it in stock. This appears to be a lie. I ordered over the weekend, got a tracking number on Monday. It is now Wednesday, and the tracking still says Apollo only printed a label and the post-office has not received the package. I understand this is common business practice, however I paid extra for expedited processing. How is Apollo going to take my money, for an additional service they upsold me on, while knowing they cannot expedite the shipping of something that they are not in possession of?

Had an inquiry resolved very fast by their support team member (Amine). Replacement part arranged same day and shipped out super fast. Recommended!

First off the scooter(GO)is great quality.She is not the fastest or prettiest but it has been a tough and durable ride.later i had trouble with shipping when i ordered mirrors.
after a while The apollo team went through hoops to please me.
I am not an easy customer to please but i am fair.
I am 60 yrs old so i can tell you this is a very unique and positive experience.
they made me happy and soon i will be buying an upgrade and the city or pro might be in my future.
