Fabulous windows, very pleased with them. Installation carried out by polite, hardworking, young man who cleared up afterwards. Another part of the order was to clad the dormers. This took a little bit longer to be completed but was done well in the end.

Very happy with all aspects from the sales team to the installers. Top company providing a top of the range product. We had a small issue with the priority door hanging slightly after installation but Arctic sent someone out free of charge promptly to resolve the issue. Highly recommend.

Efficient service and the Windows look great.

We had our conservatory roof replaced by Arctic Improvements. The team were very hard working and efficient . They cleaned up after themselves all the way through and they left the conservatory and surrounding area spotless when they were finished. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends. From the first phone call to the installation was perfect. We were informed of every step and the team that installed the windows were excellent, they were very tidy and really helpful and when they were finished you would not even know that they had been there. so thank you and I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family. thank.

Due to an accident there was only I installer working on my 3 windows. He worked so hard all day and did a terrific job - and he must have been exhausted but no corners were cut and the final job was excellent.

Artic Improvements have completed a 5kWh system with a 10kWh storage battery and a 7kWh charging pod at very high standard from start to finish! The collaboration with all engineers onsite been great, I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a professional system solar that really produce energy for you house.

I got Arctic to come and have a look at my windows after having some of the big brands give me quotes too. After getting Arctic’s quote, which was considerably less than the bigger brands, I was so impressed that I ordered the windows there and then.

I’m happy to say that the process from quote, to measurement, to installation was done with the upmost professionalism and care. The team kept me up to date with the manufacturing and planned the installation really well.

Genuinely couldn’t recommend them more, and have been passing their details to anyone I know who needs windows or conservatory work done!

I originally left a 3-star review due to an issue with a form on the website, which meant I didn't get an instant quote. While that was frustrating at the time, a lovely guy (David) came out on Friday and, after much discussion, solar panels are not the answer for me.

Arctic Improvements called on Saturday, really concerned about the 3-star review as they pride themselves on excellent customer service.

When the glitch on the website was explained and after David's visit, I have no hesitation in upgrading the experience to 5 stars.

I am sorry that he came all the way from Glasgow to Edinburgh for no reason. Online forms and algorithms have their limitations.

I had extra batteries for my solar and an electric combi boiler installed. All trades were great, communicated with other trades, completed installations, tidied up, and went out of their way to be helpful. The management went above and beyond.

Work was carried out to a lovely standard, joiner was very pleasant, customer service was excellent, I would definitely recommend Arcticimprovements & I would use them again

After conducting some research into solar panels we chose to go with Artic Improvements to install our solar panels system. David from Artic Improvements was very knowledgeable and was able to talk us through the design of our solar panels system. We were also very impressed with the installation team from Artic Improvements, they installed our panels and batteries within a day.
