I purchased $100 shoes on sale for $55 for my son for Christmas. They were extreme poor quality, and when I went to ship back it was going to cost $31! This means it cost them $31 to ship to me at best so there’s NO WAY they are shipping anything of quality out, I may contact my credit card company and see about a fraud complaint, I’m not sure - the people who email are very friendly but I wouldn’t recommend trusting this site. In hindsight I didn’t see product reviews though the website is very nice . Now my son is left without the shoes he wanted as well, these are such poor quality it’s unbelievable,

They sent me the wrong item, made me pay for the return, and then refused to accept the package—so I never got my money back. Total scam.
Also, the clothes are nothing like what they advertise. Very poor quality.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a sweater it smelt terrible on arrival. I washed it and it still smelt terrible. It smelt like a bad gym bag. Do not buy from here. No matter how many times I washed the jumper it still smelt terrible. Horrible experience

The absolute worst experience I have ever had shopping online. The most pathetic shipping and “customer service” as well. Will never allow anyone I know to shop from this trash bag site again.

Watch out, this website is scam! They don’t deliver as promised. We ordered a trousers and a sweater, for my sons birthday, 110 euro's in total, and both products where totally different than the items on the website. It’s cheap Chinese stuff, without a label. Not worth 110 euro’s at all. Different colour, different fabric, different pattern. And you have to return it to Dubai for high costs… We emailed them but they don’t want to take any responsibility for it.

Item advertised as premium sweater, Milano wool. Item came, no labels attached, wrong size, polyester fabric. Not even worth returning and certainly not gift worthy. STAY AWAY! Milano Knit Wool Textured Sweater

Scam company. Avoid at all cost. Been a month since i ordered and they do not respond via customer service. 70$ down the drain but lesson learned. Hope they spend my money on their health

Everything fake and is a scam. Everything is from china and the labels were cut.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Got a defective product. Connector to recharge offset so cannot recharge. Used product once. Have sent picture e times and they said they were blurry. Very clear in my end. Then they asked for video which I sent. Guess they are trying to make me give up. Very poor customer service. They send nice email but do nothing to resolve. Buyer beware!!!

One of my worst shopping experiences. I cancelled the order before it was shipped, they confirmed they would refund me and have been ghosting me for over 2 week.

I ordered some frames and they are so
Cheap and not even wood- metal. It took almost 6 weeks and I wanted to return before I even received them because I it was taking so long. Then they wouldn’t give me a return address because I stopped payment. It would be 109.00 to return. Horrible horrible

Still no refund, it’s been months. Have paid to send back to Dubai and nobody at the address they gave - 3 attempts to deliver! Paid for goods, paid to return, no money back, no goods. They no longer respond to emails. DON’T BUY FROM HERE. All 5 star ratings are false.

They send me different products poor quality and made some where different than what they say. Very bad please no one buy a single thing from them

All there shoes and clothes are for tiny people. Everything was so small . I ordered shoes size 13 . They sent a 7.
Returns and exchanges not worth the effort . They make it expensive.

Do not shop here, terrible all around! Order took way too long to arrive, they sent me the wrong color shoes and the fit was not good! Quality is very poor.
I contacted customer service shortly after receiving and they would not refund or even send me the actual color I ordered. After a dozen emails, they only offered a 20% partial refund which of course was never received. I gave up trying, learned my lesson. Avoid these guys at all cost!!!

Sent me the wrong size shoes, then only respond to emails saying they are looking into it. Now they aren't even responding. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
