It’s a scam ! You receive what can be described as rags - they then want you you return at your cost (£20 approx) to a non existent address in Dubai - they then offer partial refund - 20, 30% as a gesture of “goodwill” !! The positive reviews are obviously self written ! AVOID

Absolutely shocking ordeal. I ordered a sweater for £47 and it arrived in the wrong colour and in a different material to what was claimed. When I emailed them to ask for a refund they told me I would have to pay for the return myself. After paying for a £22 return to their Dubai office, a couple of days passed and I checked the status of my Royal Mail package. It was being held at the border awaiting some entry fee from the recipient. When I informed customer service of this they refused to pay it and claimed it came under return shipping costs which were my responsibility. I responded to this with anger since it was down to their own dishonesty and incompetance that I even needed to return this in the first place and I had already spent £22 returning it, and that the extra cost was due to the nature of their office location and not the nature of me sending a package in and of itself. Before the replied to this the package was returned to me by Royal Mail, but there reply was a half arsed repeat of the earlier schpiel and claiming that they would pass me on to another team to deal with my complaint- which they never did.
Please save your money and do not trust this despicable company.

I would rate it 0 stars if that was an option. took a month to arrive and shorts that were described as 100% cotton were made of a chemically silky fabric nothing resembling the photo on the site and I have to pay to return.

Pure donkeys ass. Way to small, and by way to small, I mean WAY TO SMALL. Dosen`t look like the photos at all, it took like 1 month to come. Never order from here. Better off using temu

This company is definitely a scam. I ordered the 100% linen trousers, which took over a month to show up at my home, and when they did arrive, they were damaged, and the label said it was 100% cotton instead. I reached out to return them, and they are unresponsive. Do not waste your money!!!

Not as advertised. Bought a pair of Oxford Cotton shorts (from photo) instead got a cheap polyester shorts with a different colour stripe and no label and no cleaning instructions. After a lot of back and forth got a full refund.

Overpriced cheap clothing for 5x the price it should be. Half the stuff looks completely different that it's supposed to. Garbage, stay away.

This company is still trading I can't believe it. I have just received back in the post an item I sent back to them in December as not as advertised, labels had been removed, not size ordered, a much cheaper version of what I thought I had ordered. Returned to China, cost a fortune, just received it back 6 months later. This company is a complete scam, the positive reviews are fake.

Never ever buy or support them.
Waited over 3 months.
Told I want a refund and I am still waiting over a month for it.

Terrible experinece, this company claims to be a legal company in Dubai but does not have a real address or phone number making returns impossible. Thus the comany is fraudulent and I will be reporting this to the police.

Ordered a pair of "Renzo Leather Sneakers" from Arveilo and when they arrived they were very low quality and made of the thinnest, cheapest plastic and were at least 2 sizes to small. Followed the returns procedure and to be fair to their customer service came back to me within a few days. Only issue is, their procedure is for me to send the item (tracked) to Dubai and await a refund. Upon checking the cost of a tracked parcel to Dubai, (then as reading some other reviews, I'll be lucky to ever get the refund) it seems rather pointless in spending a further £25.
I would most definitely stay well clear of Arveilo as you don't get the products as advertised...cheap tat!

To anyone out there that made a mistake and bought crap clothes from these thief's please do not give up!
Call your bank and inquire about a chargeback! Also, go back to the post office and ask about your postage.

For anyone out there, especially the young people who are on social media, please share your stories online with the public; otherwise, you are letting these thieves steal not only your money but also cheat hundreds of others. Take a screenshot of their Instagram page, website, TikTok accounts, share with your friends and global community and warn others!

Clothes came and despite using the size guide, would have barely fit a pre pubescent boy.
Very swift to reply to inquiry about returning items, but when items were returned (post paid and tracker) they were refused at the return address given due to “taxes”

140€ in the bin, would not recommend

We bought three 100% linen pants, we received 95% polyester pants with terrible quality and wrong sizing.

The worst is that even they confirmed they mislabel the products and it's their error, we should pay the shipment to Dubai to get a refund. We are opening a case with EU and local consumer authorities

SCAM company, do not buy! Clothes are not what are advertised, the quality is extremely poor - makes temu look designer! The sizes anre completely wrong; bought men’s m and L, they don’t even fit me, a ladies size 8! And from what I have read, no point in trying for a refund. Money down the drain! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I have never left a review about a website/experience ever but this was one was too bad not to. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, it’s a scam. The clothes are nothing like designed on the website, they make Shein look good. Different colours, materials, quality, everything. You cannot return the clothes as it’ll cost you more to return than the order cost you. Thankfully in my case, after contacting my bank and emailing Arveilo I have been issued a refund. Not sure if that was made by the bank or by Arveilo, but given they originally offered me a 15% refund I’d assume it’s my bank. If you make the grave mistake of purchasing on this website, contact your bank and you should get a refund. Also, any 5 star reviews left are by boys to trust and make the website look more legit. Hope this helps anyone who has to deal with this company.

My son ordered from this company and experienced the same poor value items and bizarre returns service as described by others. My advice, steer clear - not worth the money, really odd sizing and a very dodgy returns service to Dubai.

Doubt he’ll ever see his money again so it’s been a pricey lesson to learn.

I ordered three pairs of shorts from their company. According to their company, their clothing are premium quality clothing made from Italy. When I received and opened the package, the shorts were absolutely not the same as advertised on their website. The shorts that were delivered were cheap, low quality, unlabeled, and made in China clothing. There was no brand tag at all on any of their clothing. If they are truly a brand named company, Arveilo labels would be on all their products. The tag clearly stated, "Made in China." According to the shipment tracking, it was shipped from China by SF Express. "Shipment loaded at (Dongguan Tuqiao Service Point], prepare to send to (CN Guangdong Province Dongguan Changping Distribution Center)." When I asked for a refund, the company wanted me to take a picture or video to send to them first. Then they emailed me back their return instructions. Arveilo wanted me to cover returned shipping and sent their products to Dubai. Their response was "Here are the return details: Recipient Name: Threads House District

Important Notes:

Dubai does not use postcodes, so you can omit that field during shipping.
Please do not use a P.O. Box—only the physical address is accepted.
If a postcode is required, you may use “00000”." All the details were sketchy. When I searched online, other customers also have the same experience.

Took weeks for items to arrive and when they did two items were very poor quality . Requested to send back for refund as is a legal right and they asked for photos in order to verify a refund! Ridiculous and not mandatory. I will be returning them and am concerned they will take a long time to refund if at all. Never using this scam website again. Don’t go near them!

I ordered 4 pairs of loafers from this site. Where I take responsibility is that I didn’t read the return section. However I only wanted to return because the color of the shoes advertised wasn’t the color sent. It was off by many shades. They said I can return but it would need to return to Dubai and I would cover all shipping cost. I tracked the order from the start. The shoes aren’t made in Italy. They are from China. This company is a scam. They stopped emailing me when I said that it was there error. They should cover shipping. I sent a pic of the difference In color of my shoes and they disregarded it saying it was a lighting issue but not there fault. Save your money. I waited two weeks for my shoes only to be disappointed
