Excellent Service

Took my cab in for some warranty work unfortunately no courtesy cabs available but Mark in sales gave me lift home and dropped my cab off when all works were completed excellent service cannot wait to pick up my new cab next week

Roadside repair

took my Cab into Ascott‘s for a roadside repair it wasn’t booked in They looked at my cab straight away & didn’t have the parts to repair it . no messing about they put me straight into a courtesy cab no time lost at work top service From Ascott once again .

I definitely made the right decision buying of off Ascotts .

accident repair not completed when told to pick up.

After a non fault accident my taxi required apart from the filling/respraying of 3 panels, the o/s rear door realigning as it had been pushed forward and was rubbing on the centre post upon closing. Also 4 pieces of trim needed replacing, chrome wheel centre cap, chrome beauty ring and chrome door bottom trim plus a grey piece of trim adjacent to rear of door window.
I chose Ascotts (140 miles away) over a local body shop for the repair as the trims would be on hand and they would have experience in realigning the taxi rear doors.
Upon arriving I saw immediately the damaged chrome wheel centre cap and the grey window trim hadn't been replaced and the rear door had not been realigned.
I then went on to discover both my levc front floor mats were missing. I had to find some mats in the washing tent.
I'm happy with the panel repair and paint job and the staff fitted a new centre cap straight away.
After trying to 'yank' the door into realignment they said they would rehang the door when the grey trim is available.
The next day I washed the cab and discovered the metal scuff plate on corner of the rear door has been removed and not replaced and several dull/ milky patches of paintwork on other areas of the cab.
There was also masking tape still stuck on the roof that I have been unable to remove and filler/paint dust and footprints on the rear carpet, strange as they said my front mats had been removed when cleaning.
I emailed ascotts the next day and 2 weeks later and have had no response

Even the toilets are spotless…

You don’t hear Taxi drivers sitting around in the waiting area at Ascotts moaning about Ascotts, and that speaks volumes. This time around for me it was a simple mid year MOT. I could have gone to my local garage but for me the 130 mile round trip was worth it because unlike any other taxi garage I have ever dealt with, I get the feeling that Ascotts care. My only regret is that it has taken me 16 years to join their Taxi family. Thank you to all at Ascotts. Even the toilets are spotless.

Excellent service as usual

Excellent service as usual, 100.000 mile service booked for 1 o'clock, arrived slightly early, cab taken into workshop within 5 minutes, went for a walk and a bite to eat, returned back and cab was ready within 10 minutes, have been using ascotts since I bought my first cab, r reg fairway many many years ago, absolutely the best garage by far!!

HAPPY CABBIE

Taxi booked in for mid year MOT.
Ascots called a few days before as a gentle reminder, which was handy.

As Usual no dramas or delay at reception, MOT completed, stress free encounter. Thanks Guys & Girls , Happy Cabbie.

Just visited Ascotts for my 225k…

Just visited Ascotts for my 225k service... As always they're professional, reliable and accommodating. I was booked in at 7am and away at 10 past nine, with a written invoice and verbal update detailing all the work done 10 out of 10 again, thanks to everyone !!
