Simple process to follow, allowed changes if needed on every page.

My only concern was I was unable to select seats. As it's a QANTAS/JETSTAR co flight, the QANTAS component was much more expensive than the Jetstar flight.

Therefore, my expectations are priority forward seating & complementary food & drinks. Otherwise a negative review will ensure.

Always provide the best airfare and trustworthy. Selling insurances a bit of too much info as I will purchase travel insurance separately. But generally, I have been purchasing mt flights from Aunty Betty. The only worst experience was unable to call service provider from overseas

This is now the THIRD time this company has done this to me.
I paid extra to select specific seats in advance because I have ongoing back pain and need certain seating to travel comfortably. Each time, they’ve taken my money, confirmed the booking and then later told me the seats were never actually available.
This time was no different. After charging me $339.98, they came back and said the seats couldn’t be confirmed and I’d be “refunded in 5–7 business days.”
That’s not good enough. I didn’t pay for a refund I paid for those seats for a reason.
Why are customers being charged for seats that aren’t actually available? This feels misleading at best.
I now have to deal with the airline myself, last minute, hoping I can get a seat that won’t cause me pain.
At this point, I don’t trust this company at all. Be very careful booking anything seat-related through them.

I have been on hold for more than 5 hours, but not during a single call. First, I waited almost 2 hours to speak with someone about cancelling my flight, but my call was disconnected while I was on the line. Next, on my second call, I waited another 1 hour and 45 minutes before finally getting through. When I explained my previous experience and asked if they could call me back to avoid another lengthy wait, I started the cancellation process, but the call disconnected again. Now, I am on hold for the third time. To make things worse, I am currently in the hospital after emergency surgery yesterday and can't travel for a few weeks at least. I am already stressed by my medical condition, and this Aunt Betty experience is making things much worse. My reservation is ABY36614881 if anyone from Aunt Betty is reading this.

The booking process was very easy and confirmation was fast. No hidden cost extras.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service from Aunt Betty. I needed to cancel my mother’s ticket due to an unforeseen situation, and what should have been a simple process has turned into a complete nightmare.

For the past two weeks, I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service team. I’ve called multiple times, only to be left on hold for hours and hours with absolutely no response. It’s unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.

I also tried their online chat support several times. Each time, the waiting period was ridiculously long, and even after waiting for hours, no one ever responded. It feels like there is simply no support available at all.

On top of that, I sent an email requesting ticket cancellation and a refund — and yet again, no response whatsoever.

After waiting patiently for two weeks, I am left with no resolution, no communication, and no support. This level of service is completely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend Aunt Betty to anyone based on this experience.

Refund process got scammed!!!
My flight got cancelled due to ongoing war issue from sydney to Qatar. They send me an email stating that everything will be refunded the next day they charged me $746.00 as an cancellation/ credit fees. Now i could not get hold of anyone. they have not send me any cancellation notice neither any receipt of $746.00. They are unreachable, i got scammed for $746.00 as an cancellation charge and further $5.4K for my flight ticket. If i contact airlines they will advise me to contact auntbetty, Auntbetty is a scam guys Nobody use it...I saw someone is replying on the post if someone is listening please give me justice. More than $6k is on a line for working class people like me....You guys have given absolute nightmare to me...If some one is looking my booking reference is ABY34743054...PLEASE GIVE A REFUND!!!! I am going crazyyy

I booked a flight with Aunt Betty and later cancelled it. I was explicitly told that my refund would be processed within 3 months. It has now been over 3 months, and I have yet to receive my money.
To make matters worse, I have tried calling them multiple times, and they are simply not picking up the phone. It is incredibly frustrating to be promised a timeline and then ignored once that deadline passes. If you value communication and getting your money back in a reasonable timeframe, I would suggest booking elsewhere.

dont' use them!they said 24/7 support, it's not! the phone number on their website not working at all! email not responding! very poor experience with them

The worst Travel agent I ever booked my tickets with.
Impossible to contact.Very slow.Simply not doing they job.Should not be able to trade at all.

Next day after posting this review.Aunt Betty saw it and answered.Asked for my booking number etc.I sent them all details required.Hoping they will call and help.
No...they didnt call..So it looks to me they answered just to look like they care but they dont care.

To Aunt Betty reply.No airliners are not processing refund.They sent you email weeks ago where they state....Dear partner process refund....

When it comes to Aunt Betty, think carefully. Buyer beware.
If everything goes to plan, possibly not a problem but if you want to change something, be prepared for additional charges of exceptional magnitude.
I booked a return flight to Bangkok and paid extra to be able to cancel the flights. The total return flight was around $690, around $345 each way. I paid extra to be able to change things, This is what it says:
Refundable flights
100% money back on your flights if you cancel for
• Accident & illness
• Lost or stolen documents
• Transport disruptions
• Family or home emergency
• Severe weather
• And many more...

I had a need to change the return leg. This is when the drama started.
Firstly you are supposed to be able to make changes online….well I could not, every time I tried they said I had to contact them direct. No email address, no way to reply to their previous booking emails. So you have to phone them. Not a problem if you are in Australia, at least not a huge problem. Much more a problem if you are in a foreign country and you have to pay overseas call charges. I ended up ringing them and had to wait 46 minutes on hold with ridiculous annoying music. Then when I finally got through and told them I wished to change things, I had to wait another 6 minutes for them to come back and say I could change the flight.
Then I was told there would be a fee to change the flight, I asked how much and they came back with $150 to change it, plus $140 admin fee, plus $340 for some other fee. Total $630 total for the return journey, almost double the original fee. To make matter worse, my travel companion was on the same flights, same airline, he booked direct with the airline, so he changed his flights for $150, via email, no problem.
So said I would cancel the flight and get a full refund, that is when the truth comes out…they will still charge you an additional fee for cancelling. When I referred to the extra charge I paid to be able to cancel, they said that it doesn’t work that way, it is an insurance fee, you need to claim it all back from their insurance arm.
That extra you pay is nothing more that extra insurance which most of us already have.
No discussion, no consideration, no way to change plus an hour of overseas phone call from a foreign country.
I will never, ever use Aunt Betty again.
