Staff always friendly and polite, Turned up on time to service my boiler.

Arrived in the given time window. Undertook the boiler service, friendly and polite engineer. Would recommend.

( I’m so sorry, I forgot his name ), He was very professional , Polite , friendly and knowledgeable .
He had changed my Radiator checked it was up and running and cleaned up any mess that was made .

The engineer arrived at the appointed time, carried out the boiler service without any fuss and appears to have done a good job.

Within an hour of getting the ho ahead from the provider I was already booked in. There was an issue with the stopcock so had to be rescheduled as the Water Company needed to turn it off at main on the street. It was fitted in one morning the following week. Nice man. Very thorough. Great job. I was cosy straight away. Prior to this I was living in the dark ages with no hot water or heat in winter. Great job guys!!

My boiler replaced by engineer Gary, and I am extremely pleased with the service. Gary was friendly but also efficient in completing the work. He ensured area was clean and tidy after the installation was finished to be excellent.

The last few months I have had a nightmare with my boiler eventually loosing all heating and hot water. Aura heating was fabulous they done their assessment and fitted my boiler within 3 days I could not praise them enough of how quick and efficient they are. Gary fitted our new boiler and he was brilliant he was polite and respected my property, he also cleaned up all the mess and left the area spotless. Thank you so much Aura heating for sorting this out for us and giving us back the luxury of heating and hot water.

For the last three years, I went through a hell of a nightmare, my old boiler was Breakdown every time in the middle of the cold and winter. It was a tough time for me and my family. after I found Aura they got in touch and arranged for it new boiler to be installed so finally getting over my nightmare. I’m so pleased everything went very smoothly. The engineer who sold the Boiler his name is Gary Steel, was such a wonderful person respectful left the property clean and tidy and did his job professionally. can't thank you enough 🙏

Firstly I would like to thank Aura Heating for putting me forward for solar panels. I asked if someone could come to speak to me about the panels as I had heard lots of different things about solar panels. The man came and was really helpful, and once I had agreed to have the panels everything was done and dusted in just over a week. The people that installed everything were so polite, friendly and were really tidy workers, they worked really hard all day. I am truly pleased with the result
