Mark was brilliant. Good communication, very efficient and tidy. The service went smoothly. I’m very impressed indeed. 5*
Our annual maintenance contract works well. We got a call reminding us the service was due. It was booked in promptly and communication was good. The engineer turned up on time, was clean and tidy, and then gone without any fuss.
I called them on Wednesday and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable chap who was able to help me with a Government grant with reference to a Heat Pump. On Friday Terry a very likable chap came around took measurements and had a chat. I am now waiting for a visit to arrange installation for a warmer winter. All a very pleasant and quick and easy experience.

The company was professional, and new exactly what they were doing, with only a very minor confusion that occurred during the early stages. The installation went very well and the system was very professional designed and the work carried out without any problems. The engineers were very good, and carried out the work in a very professional manner.

A good service of boiler efficiently done. We have had the boiler serviced several times now all with the same good standard of service.

The annual service of our two gas boilers was completed by a polite and efficient engineer. We have been using AURA GAS to service the boilers that they installed some 5 years ago, during which time we have never had problems. With this past experience we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Engineer came, went about his business, gave me an update and left.
Pretty much as expected really.

Aura gas fitted a new boiler for me. The fitting was done in a day, with little disruption. The person installing the boiler was professional, tidy and did a very good job. Smaller company than British Gas or EON but well worth you looking into using them instead off. Thank you Aura Gas,
Justine B

This company ought to have the nickname “The Sheriff of Nottingham”
They want to take money from the poor to give to the rich, ie themselves.
I was told that I had to pay a £66, call out fee to have my thermostat synced to my boiler.
The batteries were about to die, so we took them out and we were going to replace them. The batteries that we found were dead too. We had to wait until the shops opened in the morning. When my wife explained this, the gentleman on the phone, he insinuated that it was our fault, as we took the batteries out. The policy that we have apparently doesn’t cover the thermostat. I phoned and spoke to the team leader and asked why the gentleman didn’t suggest contacting the manufacturer for a new instruction book. I was told that we would still have to pay for someone to sync it.
I went on Amazon, you can buy the same model of display from them. There is no warning that you have to pay someone to come out and sync it. In fact in the questions section, someone refers a purchaser to YouTube as there are videos on there to help you to sync the display to the boiler.
It’s amazing that the Sheriff’s men didn’t mention that. There again they would lose £66.
I would not deal with this company again and I shall be asking for my money that I have paid to the policy to be refunded.
Just beware of the Sheriff and his merry men, taking from the poor to line their pockets.
They are aware that as I am disabled, we had to have a grant to pay for the new boiler. That still didn’t stop them for trying to fleece me for £66
Thank you for your reply below.
I would like to thank you for taking the time to reply.
It seems like you and Mr. Morgan, are failing to address the issue.
You try and be clever by talking about what my plan did and didn’t cover. Trying to make me look a fool, unfortunately all your efforts have failed.
My issue with the company is, that you give out false information, nothing to do with service plans. You can’t even get that right.
Mr.Morgan Operations Director, in a reply to my email, was full of praise for his efficient staff. He avoided the issue of why his staff give out false information.
My thermostat has become separated from the boiler.
Phone call 1 Mark tells my wife that an engineer is needed to re sync them. It will cost us £66, to have it synced again.
Wrong you can do it yourself with help of videos on YouTube.
Phone call 2, Ashley tell me, that the makers of the thermostat, Salus, wouldn’t send me duplicate instructions as they would also have to send an engineer out to sync the thermostat and boiler.
A check with Salus confirmed that it does not need an engineer to sync the thermostat.
That is the problem, which your reply on here, and Mr. Morgan have failed to address, nothing to do with care plans.
MR. MORGAN WHY DO YOU ALLOW YOUR STAFF TO GIVE OUT INCORRECT INFORMATION?
MR. MORGAN WHY DON’T YOU ANSWER THE POINT OF MY COMPLAINT, NOT JUST TELL ME ABOUT MY CARE PLAN?
That is all I ask. Be brave and admit that your staff occasionally make mistakes and own up to it.
Not hide behind care plans, and try and make me look a fool, when my cover plan, wasn’t the issue.
It’s not hard to say, I’m sorry that we made a mistake, you don’t need engineers to sync the two.
Apologise for trying to charge me £66, for a job, that I could do myself. Is it too hard for your staff to say, have you tried the internet? Or is £66, more important to you?
Seeing your company results for 2022, it would seem that you are far from going bankrupt.
Cash £514,830.00
Net worth £331,427.00
Total current assets £788,035.00
Total current liabilities £446,862.00
You have even taken out a charge on the company, so you must be doing ok.
So let’s have some honesty, forget care plans, that’s not the issue, a direct answer to the question,
Why do staff give out incorrect information?
That is all I would ask
As a side issue, Mr.Morgan informed me that our boiler isn’t due for a service until August this year. This is incorrect as it was due for a service around September/October time last year.
It wasn’t done as we couldn’t afford it, that is why we took out took out their care plan on the 26/09/2022. So that is when the service was due.
It would appear that the Operating Director can’t get his facts correct, then could that explain why Mark and Ashley can’t get theirs correct either?
This gets even better now Gary Robinson Director, won’t accept that his staff give out false information.
He thinks that telling the truth on Trust Pilot is defamatory.
Sorry Mr. Robinson, obviously the truth hurts, I am sorry about that.
That is what trust pilot it for, to give experiences of dealing with companies. In my humble opinion, yours is a bad company if your staff give out false information. You can’t hide from it they did.
You think that you are too rich and powerful to eat humble pie. Try it one day, you might like it 😊

Excellent service. Engineer worked very hard. The new boiler want easy to install because of where it is, but Nasheem persevered did a great job. The heat pump was installed with care and attention. Thank you very much to everyone involved in my installation, those in the office dealing with the paperwork, the surveyor and to Nasheem the engineer.
