The quote increased twice.
You quoted what we thought was a good price, but then when I went to book it in, you told me it was actually another $100 as my car was not a standard car- even though I told you the make and model of my car when I filled out the initial form. The repairers then added on another $40 on the day so it was basically the same cost as the local repairer.

We can see how the additional cost may have come as a shock, and we're sorry if it did. We use a third party for our registration checks, which unfortunately isn't able to determine if you have a standard or premium windscreen with added features. So if you select the option for the standard windscreen, it will quote based on that. Not all vehicles require additional molding; however, many do, and this can't be determined until they are out there on the day. I would still like to look into this further so I can provide you with more details on the quote. However, I haven't been able to locate your booking in the system. I actually had trouble with a booking and then trouble submitting a contact request but as soon as I emailed their support email address I got a call and such quick service to fix my booking. They were so prompt and thorough with fixing the problem and lovely to speak with 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Humm wouldn't work, tried on PC and phone on 2 seperate occasions a week apart. Humm says it's not them after contacting them, not sure what happened. Needed up having to pay in full which was a bumber
