The quote increased twice.

You quoted what we thought was a good price, but then when I went to book it in, you told me it was actually another $100 as my car was not a standard car- even though I told you the make and model of my car when I filled out the initial form. The repairers then added on another $40 on the day so it was basically the same cost as the local repairer.

We use a third party for our registration checks, which unfortunately isn't able to determine if you have a standard or premium windscreen with added features. So if you select the option for the standard windscreen, it will quote based on that. Not all vehicles require additional molding; however, many do, and this can't be determined until they are out there on the day. I actually had trouble with a booking…

I actually had trouble with a booking and then trouble submitting a contact request but as soon as I emailed their support email address I got a call and such quick service to fix my booking. They were so prompt and thorough with fixing the problem and lovely to speak with 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So pleased that I stumbled upon AutoGuru...

So pleased that I stumbled upon AutoGuru when searching for mechanics online. I needed an urgent repair and AutoGuru made the whole process easy. Found the right mechanic at the right price, and was able to get the car back on the road within a few days. Couldn't be happier!

Humm wouldn't work

Humm wouldn't work, tried on PC and phone on 2 seperate occasions a week apart. Humm says it's not them after contacting them, not sure what happened. Needed up having to pay in full which was a bumber
