They have no insurance

Terrible company they hire contractors with out insurance. There driver dropped my Ducati off the trailer and don't want to pay to have it fixed. They don't carry insurance. I used Dana and she was great with the booking but when the bike was damaged she was no where to be found. I would not recommend them at all.

Dear Michael Pascucci,
As mentioned on our last call we would like to state everything that has happened in this email in order to have a clear understanding of the current situation.
Please also note that you can find a copy of your contract with us, a complaint filed on your behalf to FMCSA/DOT, as well as the insurance letter provided by Voglane's Insurance regarding the denial of the order.
The incident occurred based on the information provided by Voglane; the bike fell off of the trailer due to an emergency break, in a first instance the carrier offered to pay for the damages out of pocket, unfortunately this deal did not go through since as per them the estimate provided from your end was also for a side of the bike that they claim was NOT damage.
Due to that you had decided to take the bike to a shop for an estimate which ended up totalling $12,369.09 which the carrier again denied to pay since they claim they did not cause that amount of damages.
We have provided you with Voglane's insurance which will also be attached to this email, it is important to note that Voglane Logistics LLC is an insured carrier, however, the driver scheduled by Voglane was not scheduled for this route, which led to the claim being denied by the insurance company.
As per our contract the vehicle is insured by the carrier's insurance, in this case Prime Insurance Company, information that was sent to you.
All of that being said, we have exhausted all efforts get in touch with the carrier in order to arrange a resolution for the issue, unfortunately the carrier has not been cooperative about the situation, and not willing to make any negotiation for the damage(s) due to denying all damages listed were their responsibility.
Please refer to us if there is any information on this email that requires a more detailed explanation or if you require any other information regarding the carrier.
Best regards,
Josh | Customer Service Manager

The driver did do the damages as I have the before and after pictures of the Ducati. the driver also decided to fix the Ducati on his own with duct tape bond and spray paint. You guys are not an honest company and tried to deceive the customer.

A SCAM - please learn from my mistake

I never write reviews, but this was an exceptionally terrible experience. I worked with a woman named Roberta and she was great on the phone... before I signed the contract. As soon as I signed the contract she disappeared completely! The car needed to be shipped in 7 days, and she went completely MIA for those 7 days. I couldn't get any response (email or phone) on who would be picking up my car and if there was a driver confirmed. Worst yet - no driver ever came to pick up my car. Only after I called Roberta from a DIFFERENT phone number did she answer, and apologized and told me she didn't know what was happening and she would call me back. Shockingly, she never called back. My car never got shipped and I had to leave it behind. I'll fly back to get it next month but please avoid my mistake and go with literally ANY other car transport company. I used several in the past and have never had a problem. These people are a scam.

Bad Customers, Unlawful and Unethical threats

2 days before pick up i call for pick-up time and date was told they will call me back no one called back . I called next day same thing and no returned call Then 3 days later no called and car wasn't pick and now its Christmas Eve and I'm moving out of town . I have not family here and I can't leave my keys with anyone I'm due to started a new job in Texas the following week . At this point I very upset and in tears The manager Alex accused me of not being considerate of the Christmas holiday He said if I cancel and go with another company I will be charge $250 Alex then promised me he will be in the office on Saturday to give me update and Monday my car will be pick up. Didn't hear anything on Saturday I called him on Monday he forgot who I was After I explained everything again He said he will called me in an hour Two hours pass and no call So i called him he said his manager Tom was to called me back . Then Alex said he will transfer me to another manager KC maybe he can help .Alex put on hold for about 10mins He came back to the phone just to say KC said do what you can to make her happy. I said it will make me happy if I can cancel without the fee . Alex said No that not what he was saying . He ask me to be patient and he will get my car pick up , Again I said I want to cancel without fee He said the best he can do is $100. I request for another manager to called me . About an hour later I called back spoke with a young inform her I wanted to cancel without fee . She said she will process and we end the called . About 15mins later I received a called from Jason he is the account manager I explain again . The Jason said I understand I'm going to honest with you We had a drive but he cancel on us Then I said if he cancel why I'm being charge a fee change the drive . Then he said did you read your contract because if you did you would've read about the cancelation policy . Now at the point I'm very very anger and feeling offended. I ask again why am I been forced and bullying into doing business with your company I ask him to lower his voice and take the tone out his voice because I'm the customer , He said I was rude and instead of charge $100 he is going to charge the full amount $670 , put a lien on my care, garnish my paycheck and report it to the credit bureau. He then called my daughter (she was the second person of contact and also on the called) apologize and said he shouldn't said what he said but your mother was so rude , He is will to work with her because he does want to charge the fee of $670 or put a lien on the car I don't feel comfortable with this company because they ask for social security number, Now I understand Why because they can trap into doing business. Not sure what I'm going to do because I can't trust my car will arrive or but pick up

The same as Ultimate Transport 123.

The same as Ultimate Transport 123.
I just want to share how incredibly horrible this company is. It is a scam artist business.
I requested my car to be moved. Signed the agreement, provided them with the credit card (even though, the actual cost was at least 30% higher than what they quoted initially). They give you this “10-day window” to pick up the car. I specifically asked that my car had to be moved by November 5th, since on the 6th I would not be in town anymore. They said - no problem, we will make it happen. It will be picked up between the 1st and the 4th!
On the evening of the 3rd I began to worry since nothing had happened. Nada. I called, and they behaved like “oh, dang, yes we will assign you a driver asap”, like they forgot or something. They assigned me drivers twice, and something always fell off (drivers refused apparently). On the third time (evening of the 4th), they said they are not sure exactly when they can assign somebody. I inquired about possibility of service cancellation. They informed me that in order to cancel I will be charged $270 for “provided services”. Not sure what “provided services” meant since my car was in my driveway still. I did not cancel, neither I gave my consent to cancel, but my conversation with an agent had ended at that point.
When I logged into my credit card account right after that, I saw the charge of $270 pending. Even though I have never canceled the service!!!
I had to hire a different service which, even given a short notice, was able to get my car picked up in less than 24 hours, for the same price. I was told since Ultimate 123 pockets too much money from each contract, and gives too little to the actual moving business, that nobody is eager to work with them.
I created a chargeback with my credit card company. Recently, the dispute was lost, since according to my credit card company, Ultimate 123 provided them with my cancellation request. So, besides shady business practices, these people forge documents just to get the money!!! Since, again, I have never cancelled the service.

P.S.: their manager called me asking to remove this review, and BBB complaint in exchange for refund. I agreed. I tried calling them twice after that with no answer. Left them voicemails. No refund was given. My credit card company also sent me resolution files where they flat out lied. They are saying in there that they assigned me two drivers, and I refused both of them, and requested a cancellation. SERIOUSLY? I was happy when they finally assigned me a driver, and was ready. The urgency was a big issue, as the one can see from my feedback. The driver cancelled probably because he was offered too little. And a second driver fell of too. By the third time Ultimate 123 said that they don't know exactly when can the driver can be assigned. This is when I started looking elsewhere. And again, I have never cancelled their service.
Absolutely horrible, cheating, lying company

BEWARE!!!!! This is not a legit company, they are in fact criminals, They will literally steal from you, I’m currently entering into a lawsuit against them, not just for the money they have stolen but for emotional distress and personal injuries.... goto the BBB, read past any resolved complaints, often they are caught and surrender but keep reading you’ll will see carbon copies of the scam they are running... they literally do not make money transporting vehicles but by running this scam, any positive reviews you read are false and we’re written by their accomplices and employees... do your research.... do NOT become a victim of these criminals. I suspect the legal actions and lawsuit we’re bringing against them will put them out of business for good and or put individuals in this company in jail but In the intern I feel a responsibility to help others avoid becoming victims of this criminal enterprise.

Also I am not a disgruntled customer, I am a victim.

Jason assured me that he could get my vehicle from Reno-Sparks area to Caldwell Idaho within 3 days I signed an online document which stated that my credit card would not be charged (stated on website) unless a driver was assigned on the 5th day I canceled my order and my credit card was charged $250 I was never assinged a driver. Contacted management and they said I had agreed to that and due to the circumstances they would return $150 keeping $100 I said that was not what they're advertisment stated I have since turn this over to the bank for resolution and who knows what will happen at this point. Ohh did i mention now tjere calling it a credit. How many people ship a car or truck firdt time gor me in 40+ years. I would never do business with this company again.

1-2-3 Auto transport Scam

1-2-3 Auto transport is shady the best. I too had the pleasure of dealing with Dana and Alex. promise to get your car to where it needs to be on time, bash the other trucking companies and do exactly what they say the other transport companies will do. They are on top of this due to the fact that they are actually talking about 123 Auto Transport. I was told my Jeep would be delivered in three days. 2 days later when my jeep was not picked up then I was told it wouldn't be picked up till Monday five days later which was not acceptable. I then told the company I would post a review on better business bureau which I did. They then contacted me the next day telling me to take down the review and they would return my money. That's not going to happen. To this day they have not returned my money, so I will continue to spread the word about this deceptive company,
123 Auto Transport. They got me for $464 ,then they replied to my post on the better business bureau that they did deliver my vehicle when in fact they never even picked it up Friday night @ 8pm. It was supposed to be delivered Saturday morning by 10 at that point I hired another trucking company who picked it up within an hour and had it delivered for 10 the next morning, a reputable company, unlike the sharks at 123 Auto transport.

SHADY..SHADY...SHADY!!!

SHADY..SHADY...SHADY!!!! Do not do business with this company. I was doing business with a guy named Alex and he is a true sales guy and very sketchy. I was trying to get a vehicle picked up from PA to OK. Alex told me that in order to get the process started he needed my credit card info. Alex also said that it would just be a hold like the hotels do and that the card wouldn’t be charged unless they picked it up. Needless to say I’ve never dealt with a transport company before and come to find out all they are is a broker for drivers. They literally just put your name in a que, promise you a price (not guaranteed) and then you wait for a driver to pick it up out of the que. Ultimate transport never picked my car up nor had a driver scheduled to pick my car up. I ended up picking the vehicle up myself and canceling with Ultimate transport and they charged my card $250. Alex is saying he had a driver on the way as soon as I told him I was canceling. When I canceled it was the craziest thing, he called me immediately freaking out, threatening me, telling me how dumb it was for me to fly out and pick up my own car. I was dealing with 2 other companies during the process and they gave me no issues at all with no questions asked about canceling. Now here I am having to dispute a $250 charge with my credit card company in regards to ultimate transport for no services rendered. This is ridiculous and ultimately shows what values and business tactics ultimate transport has. Very Poor!!

PS: The 5 star reviews you are seeing have got to be bogus. This is a company that has no values and I’m pretty confident people within the company are writing those reviews.

Don't try to cancel your listing

Susan spent an extraordinary amount of time talking to my boyfriend. She knew his hesitation to list was because we had a very specific deadline. We were moving 340 miles away and needed one of the vehicles being shipped to load and unload our semi-trailer. After hours of phone conversations and her digging up dirt on other transport companies that made us offers, he finally agreed to list with them. The contract was only supposed to be so we could list. We needed to cancel because we found someone to transport our vehicles. That's when the fine print came into play. There is a cancellation fee equivalent to the reservation fee. You cannot relist with anyone else for 3 days or they will charge you the full amount. No one would cancel the order without "talking to a manager" they also wouldn't answer the phone or the person we were transferred too wasn't actually a manager. Every agent told us a different cancellation fee. There was also an email that we had to respond to in order to cancel or we would be charged the full quoted price. The emails with pricing also differed from the sertifi.com amounts on his phone. In the email, the reservation fee was only $100 but on his phone, it was $400. This company is a nightmare to deal with.

Actually it is not even 1 star

Actually it is not even 1 star. It is less than that. They are very disrespectful and dishonest. They do not provide any services whatsoever, simply collect money. Nobody answers the phone, and if you are lucky and by accident get your call answered, they put you on hold for 30 min, and then say they have more important things to do than answering your questions. Their sales person will call you every 15 min, disrupting your activities to obtain your credit card number. However, after you signed the agreement he will never ever answer the phone or reply by email. Not interested. Their website is very misleading as well. In USA we do not need businesses like this. USA is all about hard work, good service and honesty.
BTW, since I have not received any services from this company and I needed to move the car, I went with movewheels. I will strongly recommend them. Everything was done in a timely fashion. The sales person was in communication with me all the time, making the process less stressful.
Bottom line is if you want to be used and ill treated go with auto transport 123, if you need your being moved find somebody else.

Don't Gooooooooooo to them

I called them for a cross-country transport of my car. A guy who answered my call said my car will be picked up in 2 days. (I clearly explained them my time constraint situation and he agreed). He gave me all kind of false promises that my car will be picked up in no later than 2 days. He sent me a contract and I signed it. And they stopped picking up my calls after. After 10 failed attempts to reach them finally someone answered my call and said they couldn't find a driver. I asked them to cancel my contract since I won't be available to give my car as I will be flying already. As expected they stopped answering my calls...... No driver ever reached me...... 20 days later there was a 325$ charge on my card from them. I filed a dispute and they came back with the stupid contract saying the transaction is valid.....

They charged me despite fact that no driver picked up my car. If you are so desperate for money you should have asked (300$). I am sure I have 300$ to spare for any good cause. But this is not the way you treat a customer...... Never calling them again no referring to anyone ever...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

What, is "world famous" about Auto Transport 123? The answer would be the WORST service in the world. I guess that makes you world famous?
DO NOT believe one word this company tells you, especially Ross. They promise you the moon when trying to get your business and the reality is they deliver only a spark! Ross was great about taking calls when he was trying to get your business, but after you book the reservation he's on the space shuttle to the moon; never calls back or responds to email.
I request an enclosed transport, they send over the agreement, and it clearly notes open, I call Ross, and he states that was a mistake and to note corrections/changes on the agreement, sign and return. So I noted a few key conditions---1. Must ship via enclosed truck 2. Final payment would via credit card 3. The vehicle would have personal contents in the bed (pickup truck). I faxed the agreement back to Ross, have the fax confirmation, and he did call me back and confirmed receipt of the fax. I call one week later to inquire about the pickup date, and the inside person (Ross no longer takes or return calls) states that it will be picked up in a few days, I confirm the transportation will be enclosed, answer back is NO! I call and email Ross, and he finally calls me back and states that his people made a mistake and that the order clearly states enclosed. It takes another 4-5 days, and they call again to confirm the pickup, I ask again about enclosed, and they state NO. Once again I try to call Ross, no timely response back from, I call and request to speak to one of the owners, Keith or Mark Hecht, I'm told they don't take customer calls! They must be traveling around the world promoting the "world famous" Auto Transport 123!
After 4-5 calls I spoke to Janine, started out nice but turn when I corrected her on a few critical facts----1. The contract clearly states enclose; her answer is they only have the last page of the agreement, I state that interesting that I have a fax confirmation page noting they received three pages! She states that they never received, I inquired why they would not call to get the "missing pages." This is when she turns on her rude New York personality! 2. Agreement states enclosed rate of $1,750; she tells me that rate is never going to get any drivers, I state I did not pick or quote the rate, Ross did! At this, in time I just wanted my $575 deposit back which they incorrectly charged to my card (should only charge once they pick up is confirmed), Janine stated that if I don't continue with the transport, I would have to pay $200 (??) for services provided. Really they should have paid me $500 for all the calls and BS dealing with this company. 3. The company they picked is going to pick up the vehicle wants cash upon delivery, once again I point to the agreement which clearly stated credit card would be used for delivery payment, and NO credit card fee would apply. More BS and making me the bad guy!
This company has no morals or ethics! Review the two links I have noted below; the BBB gives Auto Transport 123 a big FAT F! Yes the famous Auto Transport 123 gets a big fat F. Review the other link, the letter from the Federal Trade Commission is very interesting! Are they buying 5-star reviews?
My rating for Auto Transport F-. Run, do not walk away from this company!
Bottomline do NOT waste your time or money working with Auto Transport 123, find another "world class" company!

3:00am car delivery!!!

We received a call at 8:00pm from the driver telling us that he would be arriving at 3:00am with our vehicle and that we better have the cashier's check ready for him. Our handler, AutoTransport123, never told us that our vehicle may be delivered in the middle of the night. And when we tried to discuss this issue with them, they were unavailable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Not only was the car delivery time unacceptable, but their customer service was horrendous.
