Great Customer Service
They Try to reach out to me several times during the sign up days, i couldn't answer cause i was at work,
Finally during the conversation with the representative, we just chat, the usual questions( why Avatrade, I am new or not to trading, when was i going to deposit to start trading etc.)and at the end he told me that he was my representative and if i needed any thing he was there for me.
For some reason that meant a Lot, now that most of the time Customer service is handle by Ai at least you know you can talk with a real person for any issue.

Setup was pretty smooth, I think the onboarding took less time than I expected and Sarah was really patient on the call. The app felt a bit clunky once, but the support was consistent and professional, so yeah, good first impreson.
