What a professional and thorough doctor who was able to step me through any questions or clarification I had.

Dr. Sharma is not only very courteous but also extremely professional！He began with greeting me and then patiently went through all the symptoms I am currently experiencing. Later, he explained carefully on the reason why he prescribes the medication and went through all the steps on how to take the medications.

Though I am still keeping both fingers crossed on the effectiveness of the prescribed medication, the pleasant atmosphere from talking to this physician already makes you feel better! Kudos to this doctor and he deserves two thumbs up！

This is the perfect solution for people who are basically healthy but have no GP and have one or two prescriptions they need refilled every few months. You can get an appointment the very same day, there is no waiting in line (or on the phone) to make a virtual appointment at a clinic and the website is super easy to use, which is a big plus.I love the fact that they remind you by text half an hour before the appointment time, the doctor or nurse has a 30 minute window in which to call you (and they di) and then the order for the prescription is sent about 20 minutes later to the pharmacy you have chosen. I used Telus Health in the past, on the recommendation of my specialist, but I much prefer AVEE. This is the prefect t way for the BC government to cope with the fact that the waitlist is so long to get a doctor. I wish I had found this website a long time ago, it could have saved me hours waiting in kine at a clinic.

Dr. Farshad was wonderful. He listened to my health concerns without judgment and was punctual for our appointment. The process from start to finish was smooth and effective. 10/10

Fast, efficient, and easy to book! Was great in the middle of the night when you’ve got a sick child and need something fast on a weekend! Can’t recommend enough, will definitely be using again.
