Honestly guys when I saw the reviews for them I was discouraged but I bought anyway and my experience and treatment was quite fair. I was treated fairly. They delivered all but one and refunded me promptly. The delivery was no fault of theirs but the one thing I would say is that they should allow customers manually input their delivery address. This is important. Am giving a four.
Poor customer service i bought 2 x base from here enfield Shop when i got to the shop no one help put the base in my car like halford does and when i realised it was the wrong one i went to the shop and they will not take it back customer service is really poor and please please get note they dont do returns i call complaint customer service on the phone and they are also not helpful please dont waste your time take your money alot of good service shops like John Lewis, mothercare always the best please mothers don't waste your time and money here in this shop never again even if is the last shop standing. i have lost £350 of my money shopping here.
